We uncovered a leak under our kitchen sink around 4:30pm on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day. I called Steve Jones and left him a voice mail. He called me back within 15 minutes and explained that he was out of State on vacation but that his employee Todd could come on Monday (Memorial Day) to take care of it. I explained that we had several items to address and he said that it would be no problem to do them all at once. Todd arrived 20 minutes early and took are of all of the issues. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. They offered to work on a holiday at standard labor rates. Todd was very professional and a hard worker.

He was available. There are emergencies in plumbing and if you do not take calls after hours or on weekend you are in the wrong line of work. He does take calls after hours and on weekends.

The job went very smoothly. Steve went above and beyond great service. He answered his phone at 6 pm, personally-no voicemail, and was at the job site to assess the problem within 30 minutes. Came back the next day 30 minutes earlier than scheduled so my tenant would not be without hot water any longer than necessary. He took many precautions to decrease impact to the house, taking off shoes, putting down a plastic cover on the floor and removing all the bits and pieces when done. He even fixed the bi-fold doors of the closet so that they no longer stick. My tenant got a stack of business cards to refer him to others. Could not have been happier.

Called after hours - he and an apprentice called back and arrived at 7:00PM - had all the materials and new valve in truck - a little over an hours worth of work - no damage to tile or shower wall. Valve cost was $80.00 -

He was very thorough. The fixtures that he repaired were quite old and corroded. He was very careful not to damage anything. He checked his work, and I was completely satisfied.

Water pipe coming from hot water heater started leaking slow. Simple repair, but I wanted to make sure it was done right. Steve replace section of pipe where joint was leaking and offered great advice about future plumbing projects / upgrades we have planned.

Excellent work by Steve. He is fantastic. As long as Steve is in business I will NEVER EVER call another plumber. Steve Jones is MY plumber. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done,tells you how when and why, and then he does it. My other sub was so impressed with Steve, he recommends him to his clients. I have 3 more bathrooms that I plan to remodel, and Steve will handle the plumbing.

First rate work. Quality parts. Very responsive. Extremely reasonable rates. This will be my plumber from now on.

He was a great plumber and extremely inexpensive. He was always on time and I completely trust him. It was a wonderful experience working with him.
