I called 3 different independent plumbers and handymen but all were booked anywhere from 1 week to 5 weeks out. I called Steve Jones Plumbing and received a follow up call within 15 minutes. They were courteous and gave me an estimate up front. They scheduled for 9:00 am the next morning and showed up promptly. I also asked them to replace the kitchen faucet and picked out the one that i wanted. The work was completed on time, thoroughly, neatly and within the estimate they quoted. They will be my plumber of choice for my home needs from now on.

Excellent response, fast, friendly, and professional interaction. Checked other toilet in the house even though only one had a known problem. Great feedback. Highly recommend!

Steve and his team member came out and helped to diagnose the situation. Unfortunately I was able to give him any business as he recommended a contractor to replace the shower stall entirely, but they were very honest about their assessment of the situation. I would definitely hire in the future.

It went very well and smooth. Dan the plumber was very polite and quick with his work. He explained everything to me and cleaned up like a maid before he left. One of the nicest person i have might in awhile. I highly recommend these guys.

Their attention to detail was really good. In fact, they put the owner's name for the sump pump; they put it down above our sump pump and they put it above the sump pump and they put a date. So, you know it's those sort of things. I'm sure it's small, but at the same time, it shows their attention to detail. I'm having them come out on Monday, to replace my garbage disposal. The price I would not have because it was 2012, March 8th. They hauled off the old sump pump. They put the owner's name above the sump pump.

$677 for a 2.5 hour repair job!!! The labor to install my new water heater 4 years ago was 2/3 this cost. Never again Steve Jones

Went well until he presented the bill which I felt was far too high for an hour's work. I had a $79 coupon which was the reason I hired the company. He did a good job but I could never afford to hire them again,

They were very professional, arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves very well.

first guy did some of the work, but we were not happy with it all. A more experienced person came out and fixed the problems at no additional cost.

They performed the service for free. They get "A" across the board. They are the best in everything they do. I have been using them for years. They will come out when I thing I have a problem, tell me there is no problem, and won't charge me a dime.

On price, plumbing is expensive. They left the area clean when they were done. They were nice and genuine.

Awesome job as always. Not only fixed the problem but took time to explain the problem. Inspected services from previous call and ensured they are still intact and working. Will hire again.

Very well. Our initial call was returned in a very timely fashion and subsequent calls about parts were also answered timely. The repairman was very professional, introduced himself and set right to work. He stayed on task until the project was complete, despite the fact that it took more time than normal for the installation. Bathroom was left neat with all old parts removed.

They struggled day 1 and had to come back on second day to fix it. They left the toilet bolts exposed without installing covers. This was disappointing for a $245 job. But they got it fixed so I was happy. And they had someone at the house the day I called.

The employee who tried to determine the problem was professional although the problem was not resolved. Additional plumbing parts installed to reduce / eliminate air in the copper tubing. To this day, there are still high pitched noises coming from our pipes in the utility room. My biggest complaint with the company was the hourly rate of $185.

Very well. I called them last minute and they are able to squeeze me in for that day. I gave them garage code to enter and they are extremely professional, job was done excellently. Everything went very smooth and I had my problem fixed within 4 hours of calling them.

The technician arrived right to the minute they said they would arrive. He was very engaging and quickly got to work on the issue. He not only replaced the fitting that was leaking but also replaced another fitting that was showing some corrosion. I had been warned that they do have to wait for the CPCV glue to dry for an hour and he asked if there was anything else we needed during this time. When I didn't have any additional work he asked if he could go to the next appointment which would take me off the clock. I had no issue with this and it did save me about 30 minutes labor which I appreciated. Once the water was back on the water heater was throwing a code and he checked with his team to confirm I needed to check with the manufacturer to see if issue was covered under warranty. I called back to consult after the manufacturer referred me back to a plumber. They quickly replied back to me and helped advise some next steps and were also apologetic that I had the issue and they could not be of more assistance. Overall the price was very good, people with the company were helpful, and the primary issue was completely resolved.
