I called and left a message that I was needing a service to remove water hardness deposits from my plumbing. No response.

He was very professional and did a good job.

I was very happy with their service. I wasn't able to get an appointment for approximately 2 weeks from when I called but that was ok since it wasn't an emergency. He inspected the toilets and provided a written estimate. He did not charge for the service call which was extremely unexpected, uncommon & very appreciated. At this time, my husband & I decided it isn't worth the expense to replace the toilets to improve the flush. They still work. I will definitely use Steve Jones in the future for plumbing needs though. They seemed very knowledgable and it was so refreshing not to be charged 100-200 for a 20 minute service call.

Jim was on time and in fact I needed to push him back 30 minutes and he accommodated nicely to my schedule. Jim was efficient, clean, and did a wonderful job working in a tight space. He waited around for me to turn back on the water and run all the faucets to make sure there were no issues with air, etc. I have had Steve Jones Plumbing do other work in my house and will use them again and again. They are honest, clean, and kind people.

Steve came out himself and did the estimate promptly. His technician Todd arrived right on time and completed the work quickly and professionally and with no mess. He a very hard time getting the hot water heater going again afterwards, but stuck with it until he was successful. I would use them again for any plumbing project.

This is my second experience with Steve Jones Plumbing. I called about some loud pipe noises and a leaky hose bib. Todd called back before I finished leaving a voice mail. I made the appointment, and Todd was right on time. Of course, the pipes refused to make the noise while he was here. Despite the lack of noise, Todd checked everything and everywhere he could and tried repeatedly to replicate the issue to no avail. Although he could not find a reason for the noises, he did find that the builders had rested some of the copper water lines against vent ducts, which would eventually cause pitting and corrosion in the pipes. The vibrations in the water pipes resting against the vents may also have been causing the noises. He resolved the issue with a simple fix and I haven't heard a sound from the pipes since. In the long run, he also saved us quite a bit of money eventual repairs. Todd checked the hose bib next. He explained the type of bib I have and why that type is prone to leaking, A quick tightening, and the leak disappeared. He spent about 45 minutes, fixed both issues, and charged me nothing. Because there was no definite cause to the noise, and the hose bib just needed tightening, he told me it wouldn't be fair to charge. "That isn't how we work." I appreciated his efforts in resolving both problems and found the cost more than fair! I would, and have, highly recommended Steve Jones Plumbing. And kudos to Todd. He is punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and fair.

Todd called and asked if he could come early which was agreeable to me. He was professional and did all of the work in an excellent manner. Best plumber we have ever had.

They were personable. They put on booties before entering my home. They were very in and out and did what they were suppose to do. I was completely satisfied.

He was polite and very kind. He even threw in a free shower head. He took his time and worked for quite a while. I enjoyed the whole experience.

They were punctual and polite. The place was left clean. Everything works as it should. We would definitely use them again. They were in at about 9:00 AM and were done by about noon. There was some concern about whether they'd need to tear out the entire shower faucet, but they found matching parts for the shower faucet, saving me a lot of $$$ for labor compared to tearing out the old faucet parts and replacing the entire thing. They also re-did the pipe out of the sump, placing the check valve in a better location. All in all, I'm 100% satisfied with their work, their rates and their professionalism. I'd use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He came out, took care of the problem, and did not even charge me for the trip call. He said he did not do anything, so he was not going to charge me. He was a very nice person. He came out right away. He was prompt and on time.

We had to schedule the work several days in advance, but they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it - a real plus. They also gave us some useful advice, and they diagnosed two problems without charging us.

Their prices were reasonable and there work quality was excellent. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. To top it off when I moved into my home the weekend after and hooked up my dryer I managed to loosen up one of the connections causing a gas leak (due to my horrible plumbing skills). I called them and they came out on Saturday - it only took 5 minutes and they didn't charge me (and I was ready to pay $200 to get my clothes that were in storage washed).

Service Technicians called prior to arrival and were right on time. Quality work.

Went very well, the company responded to my house within a couple of hours and had a new sump installed in about an hour. Job well done!

This was the second faucet S.J. had replaced since the first of the year, and, though relatively small jobs, were well and quickly done.They gave helpful advice about how to get an unusual part and about use of the new fixture to minimize wear. Good job.

Very,very pleased with the pump replacement and the courteousness of the plumbers sent to do the repair. They also uncovered an electrical issue which I will need to promptly address . My thanks to them!

Based on work performed I arranged to have them install a new water heater in a second home owned by another family member in Hanilton Ohio.

We received prompt response and a good estimate. The work performed was more than expected. Our new sump is now very quiet and we no longer worry about power outages with the backup pump installed. We asked if the main water valve could be replaced... it was done without question, in the same visit, and we now have a new ball valve Quality of all fittings, replaced parts, and clean up was excellent.

after being gone a month on vac. came home to find the kitchen sink not draining. I snaked it all the way to the 4 inch main line but didn't fix. Steve Jones Plumbing came out the next day and found a "soft plug" in the line I had snaked. The blockage was 1 ft long and resealed as soon as it was snaked. They cut out the bad section and replaced the pipe. Two men for over an hour for $120 was excellent. Not worth me trying to fix.
