Saturday morning found leak beneath kitchen sink, called Todd with Steve Jones Plumbing. Todd promptly returned call and made appointment for Monday morning. Arrived promptly at 11 am and replaced cracked garbage disposal and then found additional leak beneath other sink and re-sealed sink drain. Also checked master bath sink for slow drainage. Have used Steve Jones Plumbing in the past and will continue to use their services. They are always clean, professional, courteous and punctual. Prices are reasonable.

Steve Jones and his team are very capable and professional. I am very happy with the service. I will certainly hire them again when needed.

We were impressed with Steve Jones Plumbing when we first called to discuss plumbing issues we were having. All of our questions were answered and detailed explanations provided. We decided to use them for our plumbing projects and were pleased to get an appointment within a day or 2. I received a call a little before my appointed time to let me know they were on the way. I liked that because it let me know they were on schedule and would arrive at the time appointed. I didn't have to wait for them. Joe and Matt were friendly and professional. They were ready to get right to work because they realize they are paid by the hour, and did not want to waste time or my money. That was refreshing that they were concerned about not wasting my money. They knew what needed to be done and weren't going to waste time to get more money. They were very thorough and willing to answer any questions I had. They explained exactly what they did, and did not try to sell a service that was not necessary. We would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues and highly recommend them.

They showed up on time. Got to work immediately and completed the job in a timely manor. Two man crew that were friendly and professional. Tested everything to make sure that it was working properly before they left.

It went fine until I fixed things and realized the inspection was not done to the point. The plumber missed couple of points that were very obvious.

Todd was fantastic! I was a little concerned at first because I sent a message (on a Friday) via the company website requesting service, but did not hear back from them.. But when I called the following Monday, Todd couldn't have been more willing to help. I needed some repairs done on issues found on an inspection of a home I was selling and the closing was to occur at the end of the week. Todd arranged to come out the next day, called me (I was at work) to tell me what was needed, went to get the needed parts, and completed the work - all within a few hours! He was sensitive to my need to have the work done ASAP and was also sensitive to keeping the costs down as much as possible. GREAT service!

Great! Todd and Jimmy were on time and worked together to get the job done with ease. Todd was great from the beginning and also provided recommendations on new toilets. Great communication. In and out in a couple hours. Highly recommend. Cost below is for labor only and a couple small parts. I provided the toilets.

Provided timely, professional service at a reasonable cost. Second time we used for plumbing work at our house. Will use again when necessary.

The regulator was removed and the pressure was fine. All work was done in a courteous and profession manner. I would definitely use them again.

We used this provider twice. Once during the buildout of our basement and once recently during a leak. They did a nice job with our plumbing and made suggestions. They were very responsive to our phone calls and came out to do a repair service within an hour or so. We will use them again in the future whenever we have plumbing needs. They are reasonably priced too.

I called several plumbing service providers on the search list. Steve John 's was the first to return my call and offered a timely appointment time for resolving my urgent need. The service was quick and professional. The cost was a little steep for the work at hand though one could argue that is was weekend rate, and the nature of the emergency was worth the cost. I would definitely recommend the company to my neighbors with a recommendation to get work done on week days.

A service call was set up the next day for 8:30am and I was pleasantly surprised at their punctuality! I mentioned that the leak was behind a washer and dryer, Todd informed me he would send out 2 people to ensure proper lifting and no damage being done to my floors and the company did exactly that. The techs showed me the pipe that caused the damage and gave me some insight on what to do in the future, I asked if they could also insulate the area, they did not have the insulation with them but said they would gladly go to home depot to pick it up if I was ok with the wait. I would definitely use their service again, they have officially earned a place on my fridge for service contact numbers! Thanks :)

I will consider using Steve Jones Plumbing in the future but I will also pay closer attention to their work. The bib on the outside wall cannot be drained for the winter because they installed the pipe at an angle and obviously, water does drain uphill. |The hot water heater was not turned back on and it was not discovered until 8 that evening. I read the instructions in order to turn it on. We were new to Ohio from Ca and totally unfamiliar with this type of heater.|Frankly, I am disappointed in the quality of workmanship here. It is no wonder that there are so many codes and regulations in Ca. It is because of sloppy work that needs to be inspected.

Steve and his gang previously did extensive work on my son's condo last summer for about $2,000. They do top-notch work and are really the most professional plumbers I've ever come across. Pricing is very reasonable and they really focus on "doing it right." When I had a leaking garbage disposal recently, there was no doubt who I would call. Once again, they met and exceeded every expectation. Great guys, great prices, great work. This is a company that lives its values .... When was the last time you could say that doing business with a plumber was a pleasure?

I attempted the replacement work myself but got stuck removing the old faucet. I called for service on Sunday 12/22. Todd was on call and he called me back within an hour. I scheduled the appointment for Monday. Luckily, they had a cancellation. I have used Steve Jones Plumbing in the past and have always found him and his team to be excellent. This was no exception. Todd called first and actually showed up early for the appointment. He installed what I had purchased. Results as usual are excellent.

Scheduling went perfectly, they were able to come out right away to do the work. Todd completed the work in a couple of trips. This was my first time using their service and I thought they did an excellent job.

Had them work on a T&M basis which is risky but I was very satisfied with the work and their integrity.

He did a great job. The price was very competitive. He came the same day we called him.

They arrived early and replaced the old tub spout with a new and better one. The leaks were stopped and the new spout works fine.

While they couldn't come for several days they arrived EXACTLY at the time scheduled without any reminder calls from them or us. Todd came in examined the area and quickly determined the leak was coming from in our refrigerator. Unfortunately he could not help but cleaned up around the moved fridge and best of all didn't charge me for a service call. When we need the services of a plumber we will definitely be calling Steve Jones to do the work.

I ran out of hot water and called on Wednesday. Todd stopped by and we talked over what would be done. The next day Mark and Alex came and installed the new water heater. They were very nice and did a great job. Cleaned up everything after they finished. I have used Steve Jones Plumbing several times and am always very happy with the outcome. There have been several different plumbers here and all have been very professional and friendly. You can't go wrong with this company.

This is the third time I've had Steve Jones Plumbing do work for me. As always, they did a great job. My wife and I bought a new toilet at Home Depot and called Steve Jones to do the installation and removal of the old toilet. At the same time, I asked them to replace some corroded copper pipe serving the utility sink, as well as that sink's faucet, which was also corroded and difficult to use. At the time I called, I was told they had no openings for two weeks. Since it wasn't an emergency, I scheduled the appointment. Todd came out on time and did all the work in roughly four hours. The work area was left clean and dry, and all of the old plumbing was removed from the site with Todd when he left. Overall, another fantastic job. I highly recommend Steve Jones Plumbing!

I dealt exclusively with Todd, but was very pleased overall with him and his crew. Scheduling was easy. Performed an in-house estimate for products, parts, and labor. Pricing was competitive, but by no means the least expensive. Todd was knoweldable about personable and, in addition to the reviews online, that won my business. They Installed a 75 gallon State Select power vent water heater; a Fleck 5600 SXT softener (first time install of a softening unit in the home); a post-softener water filter; and new plumbing to accomodate all. A crew of guys showed up on time; installation was smooth; workers were professional. We had two outside hose bibs to isolate from the softerner, as well as the cold water and ice-maker lines to the kitchen. All new piping and plumbing was installed beyond my expectations -- everything was clean, tucked away, and cosmetically pleasing. They even added a few additional shut-offs near the water softener and around the isolated ice-maker line, which I wasn't expecting, but which will make future maintenance easier. We had one small issue related to the programming of the Fleck 5600SXT Valve, as we had some issues with the softener not working correctly about 3 weeks after the installation. I called on a Friday, and Todd came to the house the following Wednesday (it wasn't an emergency, so I had no issues with the delay). Todd tested the water and agreed the unit wasn't operating properly. He was able to reach a dealer/expert on the phone, who provided all of the correct programming information, as well as the justifications for certain settings, etc. We even put the dealer/expert on speaker so that I could ask questions directly. Todd re-programmed the Valve settings (and I got all of my technical questions answered), and the softener has operated perfectly since. Todd admitted that he wasn't an expert on the Fleck Valve, but he did everything that he needed to do to make sure the valve was correctly programmed, that the system was operating correctly, and that all of my questions were answered to my liking -- and all of the follow-up was done promptly, professionally, and without any additional charges. These guys do quality work. I could not have been more pleased with the installation and the clean work that they did. We had one small hiccup when it came to programming the Fleck Valve, but Todd was responsive and did everything he needed to do to make it right without any additonal charges. They were professional at every step, responsive, and I will hire them again -- they won my repeat business.

Todd and Steve have replaced an outdoor hose bib, replaced a kitchen faucet and replaced a sump pump for me. They return calls promptly and they are on time for appointments. They are personable and thoroughly explain the repair process and cost. Most importantly, my wife is very comfortable having them in the home. Excellent customer service skills.
