I have used the company for 2 years. They do quality work for a reasonable price. The staff is very nice and we love having them out. They are also friendly and informative. I do sometimes have a hard time scheduling them out for a service because they are very busy.

I have been happy with a couple of the plumbers who have been out here. They are nice and personable. They also do a good job and I feel like their prices are competitive.

Plumber and assistant showed up promptly and installed new Delta faucet in kitchen sink. Old faucet was difficult to remove because of broken pipe connection. They also repaired leaking sump pump outlet pipe. Both men were courteous and professional. This is the third time we have used Steve Jones plumbing.

It was excellent. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. The price was reasonable.

From estimate to execution, Steve and his team were on time, every time. The workmanship was excellent and his plumbers, Mark and Alex, were very detailed oriented, efficient and very professional. They perform high quality work for a fair price. Would certainly hire Steve Jones plumbing again.

They came on site, determined what was needed, shopped for pipe and valve, returned and spent the next 2-3 hours making the repair.

Wonderful job! The gentlemen, Todd, showed up at the appointed time, gave me a price, and finished just as he said he would. He offered advice on completing our bathroom remodel. He cleaned up the area, and left it looking as it did when he arrived.

Efficient and they come when they say that they will come, and do the job correctly. He is polite and informative. I have a great experience every time he does work for me. He explained everything very thoroughly. He was very polite to me. I watched him complete the job.

Called Monday for a Wednesday appt. Serviceman arrived on time and finished in about 15 - 20 mins. As usual the plumbers are on time, professional and courteous. We have used Steve Jones Plumbing for over 5 years and have nothing but praise for the work they do and always at a great price.

It went very well. The guys are very professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. There was a minor mix-up in an appointment date and the apology included a discount! There guys are great!

Todd and Steve are terrific, first of all. Steve came out and spent nearly an hour evaluating the possibility/cost to move washing machine from main level to second level as well as installing the water softener. The move upstairs was really complicated and too costly so instead Steve, Todd and their crew moved the water supply and drainage for the washing machine on the main level to accommodate our original plan to stack our w/d as part of our laundry/mudroom remodel and installed a NorthStar water softener, brand recommended by Steve over the Home Depot GE model I was looking at. Also, Steve was able to schedule this job within a week of the quote. Huge team showed up on time, work quality was excellent, service was excellent and he did a great job cleaning up after they we're complete. Nice Job!

I haven't had a problem since they've done the work. I have no reason to not give them an A rating.

I called Steve Jones Plumbing because of the excellent scores he received on Angie's list. Joseph Tomasulo Steve's project manager came out to give me an estimate. Joe was very friendly & knowledgeable about his profession. We laughed later when I told him that I asked him about 6 or 7 questions that I already knew the answers to. He got all of them right and then some. I knew right then that this guy really knew what he was doing. The master bath was completely gutted. All the sub floor was replaced because of water damage. New walls, new toilet, New tile floor & shower + a new sink. The Family bath room received a new bath tub, new walls and a new toilet + each room got new moen fixtures . all the plumbing in the basement related to the project was replaced. He worked with us on changes we wanted to make throughout the process. It's taken about 3 weeks to finish, but my wife & I both said these bath rooms are so nice, they don't look like they belong in our house. A+ rating to this company. We definitely will be using them again. We have already enlisted them to put in a sump pump & back-up, and are sure they will do very good. Joe and his helper Steve (not Steve Jones) feel like family now.

Perfect. This service visit represents the second time we have used Steve Jones Plumbing, with Todd providing the service call. Extremely happy with the work, just as we were for our prior task which was more extensive (bathroom faucet install plus valve replacement, etc.).

Outstanding service by Todd. Very professional and high quality work. While there, Todd even resolved a nagging problem with a 1/2 bath faucet not within the scope of the original project. Highly recommend this company and Todd for plumbing service, and have since used them again for a smaller and different task, with similar outstanding service and results.

The plumber was available to come out on the same day we called. He arrived within 15 minutes of the appointment time and had all needed materials available on his truck. The job was completed in a little over an hour and the plumber was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. We would use this provider again.

We had a gas line installed for a new stove. Fortunately, while doing the estimate, Todd noticed that our gas water heater expansion tank (age 19+) was ready to burst. It was also much larger than we needed. They were out the next day to replace the tank ($190 total), and returned today to install the gas line. Because things went more smoothly than expected, my total cost of $440 for the gas line was less than my estimate...I LOVE that! I have used Steve Jones before, and would highly recommend their prompt, professional service with great work at reasonable prices.

Called on Friday. They were willing to come out same day. I waited for Monday. Came on time and finished in time they said it would take. Laid plastic wrap on carpet and stairs. I like that. I guess they couldn't get tank drained due to corrosion so they had to move up the stair with water in it. I'm sure that was more than they planned on. Overall, satisfied with communication and installation.

Todd and Jimmy spent a about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem with the blockage and sump pump problems. Then they spent about 1 hour replacing the sump pump. Friendly and very informative.

Called first thing in the morning and Todd called back within 45 minutes. He had finished early on another job and stopped by to check on our sump pump. It was extremely noisy and working too hard. He reworked the piping and replaced a bad check valve and the improvement was immediate and very noticeable. He was quick and efficient and we couldn't be more pleased. We'll certainly call Steve Jones Plumbing again!

Steve and his crew showed up on time and set to work installing the water softener rerouting the lines, fixing the hose bib and all repairs that needed the water shut off to the house. They planned their work so that the water was off for the shortest possible time. Don't know if they planned it but they had everything ready for the water to be shut off just before lunch. We were well informed of what was going to happen so we had planned ahead. So the water was shut off lines cut and rerouted as necessary and then glued. We all went to lunch to allow adequate time for the glue to dry. Came back after the needed drying time and turned the water on. Steve and his crew were meticulous in looking for any leaks. Once satisfied they moved on to repairing/replacing the two faucets and fixing the shower head. The shower head had a washer/packing that had dried out and no replacements were available. Steve suggested they try an o-ring and see if it would work. So rather than having to buy a new shower head the old one works fine with no leaks. They showed me how to operate and care for the water softener. We also had a reverse osmosis system that was not working. They tried to repair it but it was beyond repair. Steve and crew installed the filter system that came with the new kitchen faucet in its place, at our request. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after all the little odd jobs all over the house. We could not find a trace that they had been there. The estimate for all this was $2200 in the end I was charged $2100. Steve and crew are my plumbers of choice
