A very good, professional company. As I stated, I would use them in the future for any plumbing problem. Most companies would have still charged me a service call! They chose not to and that tells you what kind of company they are...I would recommend them to anyone!

The person did a great job but it took a tad longer than I thought it was going to take but that is one reason I call in the pros.

Everything went great. Everyone I have spoken with at this company has the utmost professionalism.

.Joe did a wonderful job. He and Steven were punctual and professional. They were sure to cover the flooring, steps and exposed furniture that was in the attached bedroom. They basically gutted our bathroom.*removed existing tile floor and replaced it with porcelain wood-look planks. *removed cabinets and installed new taller cabinets. *removed spa tub with tile framing which included rerouting of plumbing (as we were not replacing the tub) *removed existing shower and ceramic tiled walls that were replaced with travertine tile walls, framed niche, and floor. *extensive drywall repair in shower, walls where tub was removed, walls where huge mirror was glued to wall, and access panel for spa tub; Electrical work was needed to accommodate 2 light stations instead of the existing center light and the installation of additional outlets.New mirrors were hung. New faucets and plumbing were installed. New basboards and window trim were also installed. Joe's attention to detail was appreciated in his placement of the tile and the building of the shower niche. We were very pleased with the work done!

I paid more than the big deal of $79. The total cost was around $200. I would use him again. The job worked out to my needs.

Steve did a great job explaining the local code requirements for my project and even walked through our newly purchased home with me and pointed out some possible concerns. I will definitely use Steve for my next plumbing project.

Really a pretty simple experience. Came on time, did the job right, no complaints!

Called to see if he could come early and was very nice and professional. Made some recommendations on how to resolve a few issues and was able to schedule us for a follow up job in a few weeks. Would definitely recommend them.

Initially was to fix faucet. But since we saw the quality and responsiveness we had him do some additional work in our basement and other areas. Very pleasant to work with. They return phone calls promptly. Would reccommend!

Lets get to the bottom line right off the bat; Todd and Steve were excellent in all aspects that a service provider should be. Communication and response = excellent, friendly, professional Scheduling and Promptness = they worked me into the schedule - able to come out 2 days before originally planned and were right on time, early Monday after Super Bowl Sunday :) Work = Wow was it high quality, Todd explained everything before and during the removal and installation of my new water heater. Water heaters can be a messy job, he kept everything nice and clean. During install he moved a few pipes, rearranged the layout of surge tank, replaced gas lines and it looks so much better than the original house builder job. Im an Engineer so I understood everything Todd was talking about and there was no shady sales talk like you get everytime a heating and cooling guy comes out trying to convince you that you need a whole new furnace and air conditioner for 8000 dollars. Todd was straight up ,friendly and professional Time = Todd finished the entire job in a little over 3 hours - I actually couldn't figure out how he was done so fast lol ; its all about knowing what your doing (expertise),being organized and clean (quality work) Price = pleasantly surprised , this was the cost of 50 gallon new water heater , removal of old and install of new - I know some of my friends who paid hundreds more even thousand more. You will not go wrong with these guys ; I had great experience , they were recommended to me and I recommend them to you. If I have future plumbing problems - no question I'll call them up

I highly recommend Steve Jones Plumbing. They are the only plumber you will ever need. I found them on Angie's list and have used their services several times. They either personally answer the phone or if you need to leave a message, they return your call promptly. Their prices are reasonable. The staff is always very helpful, professional, courteous, and pleasant. I recently had problems with a 2 year old kitchen faucet that was defective and had to be replaced. Steve Jones Plumbing replaced it at no charge.

I love Steve Jones plumbing. They do excellent work and I trust them completely. I have used them for years. There was a small drip leak when they installed my water heater years ago -- and they came over immediately (after hours) to fix it -- and apologized. They know their stuff! Steve, the owner, stops by often if there is ever anything out of the ordinary about the repair. And he is a wealth of knowledge. I wish I would have called this company first this time as I ended up paying to redo work someone else did. I had a general handyman here doing other things -- and asked him to change some faucets. It did not go well at all. Also when they walk in the door they always remember you and everything they ever did for you -- and will even ask about your kids. It is a very friendly and honest company.

I sent Steve Jones an email from Angie's List late one evening. Todd replied to the email within an hour. I called Todd the next morning and setup an appointment for Monday morning at 8:30. Todd and another plumber showed up promptly at 8:30. Both men were very professional and polite. They put dow dropcloths throughout the house so that they didn't track up the floor as the came in and out. The shower faucet started leaking. It was an old 3 handle unit and was behind a ceramic tile and an inch of concrete which had to be cut out and a plate placed over the hole. Because of where the plumbing was located an extension had to be ordered in order to use the original handle. In the meantime Todd put on a different handle and scheduled a time to come back and switch them out when the new part arrived. All of the work was done in 4 hours which was less that than the estimated 5 hours. All of the work looks great and was done to my complete satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with this company and they will be my go to plumbers from now on.

I got estimates from four other plumbing contractors - and the funny thing is that one of them was too busy to accommodate me in his schedule and he actually recommended Steve Jones Plumbing himself -that's saying something! Steve was very flexible in scheduling and worked with me to come up with a workable solution when others weren't willing to do so. With respect to price - Steve Jones Plumbing was exceptionally well priced! He provide the most value for my money. He and his guys were very conscientious about keeping the work area neat and clean as well. Highly recommended!

Everything went fine. Toilet is not ok and not running anymore.

Called in November 2014 because there was a puddle of water under my water heater, which was 14 years old. Todd told me over the phone that I needed a new water heater. It was installed a week later for around $750. After the install, I noticed water in the drip pan and called back. A tech came out to investigate and found nothing wrong. Couple weeks later and I had water in the pan again. I found that water was coming from the overflow pipe on the new water heater. Called again with concerns about this. Another tech (Joe) was sent and he found that the water pressure was too high due to a failed pressure reduction valve on the main line coming into the house. I asked if this was the root cause of the leak on the old water heater, and he said it probably was. Tech quoted $110 for the valve, $135 for labor, and replacement of the overflow valve on the water heater at no charge. After install, tech said I would be charged $110 for the valve, $135 for labor, and $20 for the overflow valve on the water heater. When I questioned this, he said his boss told him to charge me for it and offered to show me a text message stating this. Since I was quoted "no charge" for the valve, I questioned this again and he threatened to charge me another hour of labor ($135) time spent arguing with me about the quote. So, I agreed to pay for the $20 valve. Everything is working now, but I will probably not use them again.

Arrived on time, listened to our needs, discussed options with us and then went to work. Completed the job safely and in timely fashion.

I called Steve on a Saturday morning when we found that the basement sump pump had failed and there was some minor flooding in the basement. His man arrived as promised about 2 hours later and changed out the pump, installing a new pump I had purchased but had not installed due to some physical limitations. The whole process took about 30 minutes. The plumber was very friendly and professional and I would recommend this company. Service was fast, professional and fixed my problem.

I tried to fix a leaking shower faucet and ran quickly into a roadblock. I realized that I didn't know how to proceed so I decided to wisely get some professional help. I also needed to move a gas line that was partially blocking a walkway in my basement. I looked on Angie's List and found a plumber nearby with great ratings. I contacted Steve Jones Plumbing and arranged with Todd to stop out and fix my shower faucet and move the gas line, two really different projects. He explained what he could do with the gas line move and the materials involved. Todd was on time and did a great job on both projects. I recommend him to anyone who needs to have simple and complicated plumbing needs taken care of quickly, professionly at a great price.

The job was done in 45 minutes. They did a very good job. He was early and left early with a job well done.

I called Steve Jones Plumbing in the morning and was able to have a plumber (or two) come out that same afternoon. The two plumbers, Jim and Joe, worked diligently to eliminate a clog in the pipe running from my kitchen sink. They kept at it even though their initial efforts didn't succeed, as apparently the clogging food matter was way back in the pipe and resistant to being cleaned out. They ran two different snakes back and forth for quite a while before finally getting the pipe unclogged. They were personable, courteous and did not leave a mess. They had to saw off a portion of the pipe in order to inspect the pipe and then run a snake though it. They replaced it with a Fernco 1 1/2" coupling and charged me $10 for that piece. They worked for 1 hour and 10 minutes and charged me for one hour at what they said was the discounted Angie's List rate of $135 an hour, which was the rate I was quoted when I called up. So my total cost was $145. I'm quite satisfied with the quick service and happy to have a functioning kitchen sink.

Tim showed up on time less than 24 hours after we called. He was knowledgeable and did the work quickly and neatly. They were very reasonable on the price on parts unlike other plumbers that we used that tried to make all their profit on the parts. I will gladly use this plumber again and highly recommend.

This was an ongoing project for a rental property that turned out to be a nightmare due to my tenant. The owner and primary plumber (Todd) were both very professional and worked with my in timing and explained the services that needed to be done. They installed a new water heater, bathroom shower pipes, sink and toilet parts that were no longer working. There were a few hick-ups on the installation and services but this house was very old and it was one of those jobs that once something gets fixed something else goes wrong. Todd and his crew were fabulous and were willing to work with me on the best way to fix the problem (s). The owner Steve even called after the job was finished to simply check to see how I was doing due to the unfortunate behavior exhibited by my tenant while they were there trying to fix the plumbing problems. This is a company that has earned my business and I am happy to recommend them to others. It is very rare you receive excellent customer service within the plumbing industry but Steve Jones Plumbing definitely adds it to their list of services! Thanks again! :)
