Description of Work: Installed a kitchen faucet, and repaired a cold shower. Made an appointment, arrived right on time. Explained very well what he did. He re did the whole piping with improved braided flexible piping. They also gave good tips for a water softener, stay away for expensive water purification systems! They did an excellent job for the right price, angie's list customers get 90 /hr rate instead of 95. They will buy and extra parts needed without any extra charge above the Lowes price. I will have them install the water softener in the future.

Description of Work: Called the company to install a new water pressure regulator valve. Todd came out in a couple of days and insulated the new regulator and checked and made sure it was working properly which it seemed to be. Making dinner that evening the pipes were screeching everytime I turned on the water so I assumed there was air in the line. Todd returned that evening and reinstalled a new regulator. It appeared the first one had a factory defect. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service. It was a please doing business with someone so responsive who enjoys his work. Will definitely call again.

Description of Work: Fixed leaks in kitchen sink, also attempted to fix canister in our faucet (which is a very expensive faucet) The faucet is not working properly and the top mount broke off. We were very pleased with the first service we had from them. But the second service, we were not.

Description of Work: I had two leaking delta shower faucets and called this company to fix. Steve called the day before our service. Todd called and said he would be 30 minutes late since he stopped by the supply store to pickup a replacement faucet in case mine could not be repaired. Todd arrived and got to work. Both faucets could be repaired, that means they had to return the one they bought. I am sure this is a hassle for them, but if needed, this would have saved me a big headache. I will have them back for sure.
