They did a great job. They are always giving you reminders through the mail that they have special deals. Everyone was courteous and professional.

They did a good job with the repairs. I think there are more competitive companies in terms of pricing, but they did solid work that held up for a good while. The pricing puts me on the fence if i'd use them again.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they were punctual. Chris McClure was the technician who came out for the job and we were very pleased with him. He was able to complete the work within three hours and cleaned up well.

The job was eventually corrected and fixed. They were really late to the appointment and arrived late in the day. The technician who had come out was a little careless and sloppy in my kitchen. Everything leading up to that was not the best as well as for the price. To me, their prices compared toother plumbers in the area are pretty high. I was a little a sticker-shocked when I received the bill. When I asked the tech, he explained that their prices were based on their logo, uniform, and cleanliness of wearing booties. I have since found plumbing company for any repairs.

This was the second time we had used their services. They did have a little trouble with the faucet and they did have to come back a couple of times. They were willing to come back and make it right without any troubles. They always cleaned up well before leaving. They did a fine job.

This was the only time I had used their services. There were no troubles with scheduling and they left no mess behind. However, their cost was a little expensive. It was a good experience.

This is an update to a previous rating. Nixco installed a gas line for us and we had some gas leak issues that came up. Nixco made good on their warrantee and fixed the issues with the work. They were honest and up front about the problem, and resolved it beyond what they had to do. They were very professional and apologetic. I wasn't happy that the issue came up, but was pleased with the end result. You can trust that if any issues come up with their work, Nixco will take care of them.

They said they can do everything and they charged me for the service call, but they didn't give me an answer. I wanted to do the sump pump in a different way, and they said they couldn't do it back. I was not satisfied with them, because they didn't give me a proper answer. I am never recommend them to anybody, because I had a bad experience. They didn't fulfill my expectations, and so I wasted almost $40.

We were having trouble with our toilets and showers backing up and not draining properly, and water running down walls from the upstairs down into the basement every time we used them. We called Nixco and they came out right away, and after doing a thorough check of all the toilets, showers, etc, plus septic tanks, he determined the problem was not a plumbing problem but a septic problem for which we needed a septic company to come out right away. He took the time to advise us thoroughly what the problem was, how to describe it to the septic company, and what to request from them. He also did a full home plumbing inspection while there to make sure there were no other plumbing problems in the house. He was very patient, professional and thorough throughout the appointment. The next day their office called to follow up to see if our problem had been resolved. When I told her we were having difficulty getting an appointment for a septic company to come out on an emergency basis, she actually volunteered to make some calls for us. We finally got an appointment with a septic company and our problem was fixed in short order. I really appreciate Nixco going the extra mile for us in this effort and am very pleased with their attention to customer service.

Nixco was thoroughly professional and diligent from our first contact through the installation day. Todd, our service technician, was friendly, professional, helpful and honest! Thanks to him, we have a 12 year warranty on our new hot water heater. I would recommend Nixco to all of our friends and neighbors!! Super Job, Thanks to all of you @ Nixco!!

This was a very positive experience. It was very informative and helpful, so I was very pleased. The gentleman that came out Monday really went above and beyond by going out of his way to install an easier-to-use valve on one of my water lines. This really meant a lot to me, as I have arthritis, which can sometimes cause difficulties or discomfort in manipulating other types of valves. Today, the gentleman that came out really did a great job of explaining a few things that could help me extend the life of my home's water system by putting less stress on the main control valve. That was especially helpful. All in all, this was basically a perfect experience.

Provider was prompt, professional and as unobtrusive as one could be in the installation of a new hot water heater and the removal of the old one. I could not have been happier with the gentleman--and he was a gentleman--who did the work and politely fielded my questions.

Paid them their $40 and sent them on their way.
