Description of Work: Replaced hot water heater. |They were nice and prompt courteous service in office and tech but very high price but you don't get estimate til they come out and there's fee to come out and already time off work felt I didn't have more time to waste so felt like I was stuck. Had an estimate half that price from good company a couple months before but sadly he was out of town when I needed him.

Description of Work: Repaired a toilet leak but didn't fix it correctly. Problem grew, mold grew. Took two more times before toilet was fixed and we had to have a mold abatement company do the mold removal and redo our floors.

Description of Work: I've used them for several maintenance plumbing jobs. The down side is that your experience greatly varies depending on the plumber that comes out. Although we've since moved, I would use them again for an emergency, etc.

Description of Work: I was having sump pump issues and wanted a new one put in. He said they didn't do new installations and gave me estimates for things I didn't need. I basically paid $40 for him to come out and tell me he couldn't do what I wanted.

I am confused by your post. The dispatch was to check out your battery back up system, which was done. If a basic sump pump install was what you wanted Nixco Plumbing to do we would have been more than happy to accommodate your request. We install sump pumps with 3 year warranties. At the same time that we came out to evaluate your current issue we would have have also performed a full house inspection as part of your service fee. If you did not get that whole house inspection we would be more than happy to come out and provide that to you. Please feel free to discuss your concerns. Thanks

IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY, ASK IF YOU ARE GETTING A LICENSED PLUMBER, NOT A TECHNICIAN! I GOT A TECHNICIAN AND THERE WERE SEVERAL PROBLEMS. IN THE END AFTER TEARING OUT AND REDOING THE FLANGE HE GOT IT RIGHT. GUY HICKMAN, THE SERVICE MANAGER, WAS NOT GOOD ON RETURNING PHONE CALLS BUT DID GIVE ME A REDUCTION IN PRICE FOR THE TROUBLE. THIS JOB TOOK 4 HOURS WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 2! I WOULD AVOID LARRY, THE TECHNICIAN!

THE SERVICEMAN CAME AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AND WAS EXTREMELY POLITE. AFTER LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM HE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME EXACTLY THE COST AND TIME IT WOULD TAKE TO CORRECT IT. HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM INSIDE THE WALL WITHOUT HAVING TO TEAR APART THE WALL AT ALL. HE WORE BOOTIES, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T HAVE TO. THE WORK WAS GOOD, AND TO ME IT WAS VERY MUCH WORTH THE PRICE TO NOT HAVE TO TRY TO DEAL WITH IT MYSELF! VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
