Description of Work: A friend had recommended them and they had good reviews on Angie's list. They were prompt for the ite visit and brought examples of their work and understood my needs.I had them come out for a site visit - to do a landscape plan. Cost would be $500. Okayed this but never heard back. Called 3 times for references and was told they would be emailed immediately but this never happened. No communication about a timeline. I only received information if I called. I did not sign up to do the plan as if it was so difficult to get a plan started I was worried about how difficult it might get with the actual project. I cannot say what the quality of their work would be because we never got that far. Each time I called I was told how busy they were - they were swamped with work and this made me feel like my project would not get the attention I wished to have.
