Very happy and our home now has a garden installed that will last for years and bring much joy.

Susan was quite knowledgeable and in tune to what I wanted in my new backyard. We discussed many possibilities, and I made my choices of trees. Work crews were professional and were very responsibe to all my questions (home while work was being completed). Last-minute change on concrete pouring (by me) was handled without any problem and done to my satisfaction.

I use them regularly. They have a store about two miles from my place. I buy a lot of things from there. They came out this fall and delivered a tree. The purchase cost me $600. They have a wholesale outlet, they have a store, and they also deliver things. If you want a tree, they will deliver it for a fee. I like them because they are conveniently located. They have a variety of good quality products. Their technical people are very knowledgeable about gardening and horticulture. I will use them again in the future.

Very disappointing experience with this good company. I was willing to pay more for a company with experience and good reputation but overall, it was a negative experience. The representative did not communicate well. Part of the design for a front flower bed was left open to allow for a combination of existing and new plants to be arranged on the install day. However, the representative did not give complete directions to the crew, left, and the crew did not know what to do. I personally had to finish the job (some clean up, design and install of the plants in the front flower bed) since the representative admitted that our job completion was forgotten. After I finished the job myself, the Natorp crew showed up one day unannounced - no phone call, no knock at the door - ready to dig in the flower bed I had already finished. Luckily, I had not left for work yet and caught the representative a he was pulling out of the driveway. I had the crew fix several items (rework the planting of the tree, and turn the bush so the blemished side would not show). Natorp's gave us a small discount but not worth the problems involved with dealing with them.

They arrived within three days of purchase to plant the tree. No issues.

They always leave everything very, very neat. They are expensive, but they will take your calls and redo anything that is necessary.

We worked with Bill Knox and he is just great. He really helped us to transform our yard and spent tons of time advicing on the landscape design and use of plants. Since I don't have a green thumb, his help was just tremendous. Pricing was reasonable as well.

The overall experience was great. I provided pictures of my yard along with dimensions and plants that I liked. Then they drew a plan (to scale) of a great design. I could also go to the nursery to ask about replacement suggestions.

We met with a landscape architect who listened to our ideas and helped us assess our needs. She returned a couple weeks later with several options, all well reasoned. Once we chose exactly the plans we wanted, she met us at the nursery to select trees and to preview plants. The work crew was organized, professional and hard working. We are very pleased with the results.

The mowers were reliable and consistent. Once, they did cut a sprinkler line, and the company was prompt in restoring it. We are continuing with their service for 2010, because it is a good value (though we were not offered a discount this year).

They shaped the form of the landscape as it interacts with the lawn so we had some nice shapes. Everything they planted seemed to thrive. They were user-friendly and they were responsive by telephone contact.

Fine experience, very satisfied and happy.

They do outstanding work! Neighbors have complimented my yard, and I have recommended them to others.

Scott was great he explained everything to us. The crew came on time and worked for 2 or 3 days. They did landscaping for us and put in a retaining wall. They were pleasant and did a professional job.

The professionals at Natorps make it so easy to choose the right plants. The quality is always great and they stand by their guarantee. I love their annual outlet sale, their employees couldn't be more helpful.

Very busy sale; cars and people everywhere. Natorps was organized and arranged for delivery for me. The delivery folks showed up as planned and placed my new (heavy) plants exactly as I asked.

Excellent. The work was done when promised and thus far has been great. Unfortunately, it has not rained much since the drainage and garden have been installed, but with one rain storm appears to have done the job requested. The rain garden suggestion by the landscaper is cutting edge and solves a drainage problem as well as creating a better, green environment. We love it!

The work was excellent, it looks good.

The person at the nursery helped us pick out a red maple. It was delivered on time. The tree was planted.

THE PRINTS WERE CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW. WE DID NOT GO WITH EXACTLY WHAT THEY RECOMMENDED BECAUSE OF AVAILABILITY OF SOME OF THE ITEMS. BUT, WE DID PURCHASE MOST OF THE PLANTS FROM THEM AND HAVE HAD THE FIRST SEASON ATTRACTING HUMMINGBIRDS WITH SOME SUCCESS.

ALL ITEMS PLANTED ARE GROWING WELL.

THE EMPLOYEES WORKING AT NATORPS WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES GAVE US SUGGESTIONS FOR BUSHES, TREES AND PLANTS FOR OUR SPACE. THEY ALSO WERE HELPFUL IN GIVING TIPS FOR CARING FOR OUR NEW PLANTS AND BUSHES.

WE PAY ON A MONTHLY BASIS. IT'S STEEP, BUT OUR YARD HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER. WE HAVE AN ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR LAWN CUTTING.

HAVE BEEN GOOD AT RESPONDING. I LIKED THEIR PLAN.
