The doors arrived on time and they were awesome.

Top notch service and quality. Supplied design help, did not try to oversell us on things we do not need- In other words designed a kitchen to fit our needs and budget. Materials arrived on time and perfect condition. Cabinets installed by TSA construction. Granite Counter tops installed by Cabinetry and Counter Tops by Design. Mike V was a partner in our design, not just a salesman!

Picking out the granite and kitchen sink were relatively painless but things took a turn for the worse when the granite was installed and we noticed a 1/4 inch gap between the wall and the countertop where it was pieced together. I was told the wall wasn't straight but the two installed slabs sit side by side and one piece is directly up against the wall while the other piece is 1/4 inch away from the wall and let me say again, they sit side by side! It looks terrible. The plumber also broke the garbage disposal when he was removing it to install the sink, so we had to pay to have another one installed. This was reported right away but I didn't hear from the company. I called again about a couple weeks later only to have the salesperson tell me he didn't know why the manager didn't get back to me but that he'd find out what happened and get back to me the following week. Another two weeks went by so I called again and was told that salesperson was no longer with the company so I recited the problems to another person all over again. Another few days went by and this time someone did return my call. However she was very rude, insisted our original disposal was installed incorrectly which is why it broke when it was being removed, and was adamant the wall was crooked (without ever seeing it). I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in customer service. It was obvious she didn't care if I was satisfied and she didn't care to be helpful. Now I'm left with countertops people comment on, only not for their beauty but for the gap. And I had to buy a garbage disposal I never wanted or needed because my original one was fine. This has been a terrible experience and I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever.

My experience with them has been pretty good. I thought that their price was fair for the work that they did. Everything about them has been really nice and it is a nice company to do business with.

The installation went smoothly and the workers were on time. They gave us extras including free fabrication of the countertops.

This companys sales people do not work on commission so their concerns are getting the job done right. We were more than thrilled with the results from beginning to end.

The cabinets are from Kraftmaid and they are nice, but the installation was not very good. The installers really did not know what they were doing and we were not pleased. They ended up giving us a $1,000.00 discount becouse one of the cabinet doors never was exactly right. Also, they were supposed to install lights in the top and they ended up just going to Home Depot and buying puck lihts that they screwed in - not exactly what we were expecting.

They did want me to pay for the cabinets in full before processing my order and I let them know that I was uncomfortable and that was a deal breaker. They talked it over with the owner and allowed me to go with half of the deposit which I was more comfortable. The sales experience was good and Matt worked hard to come up with the design I liked. I did want the front of the fridge to match the cabinets, but the company could not work it out and Matt helped me decide it wouldn't look so great. Right now it's just lines on the piece of paper and a showroom display. More information to come!

They did a good job. I was very impressed. They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them. They were not the cheapest in town.

Very professional every step of the way, all scheduled timelines were met.? The installers did a great job and were very courteous.? Pegatha at the Florence branch was our sales person and she deserves an A+ for putting up with me.? I Would most definitely use this company again. The only reason I gave them a B for price was the big difference in what they charged for the faucet versus what it could be bought for on the internet, they charged $200 more. Probably unfair of me because I could of bought it and had them install, without a warranty from them for the faucet.

We looked around town at many countertop companies. CCBD tied for the lowest price we could find. We were able to go to their fabrication center and pick out the slabs we liked. Good and friendly customer service. Quick and painless installation.

They were good and professional. They came here when they said they would come here. They got the work done in one day which was wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves. Their price was competitive.

Excellent work and superb matching. I brought in samples of my existing countertop, we were able to find a perfect match and they also were able to match the edge design too. Very happy with their work.

It went very well. They were a refreshing change from home improvement stores. I originally planned to get countertop from home improvement store but was dissatisfied with their contractor. Countertops and Cabinetry -Design could make recommendations as to overhangs and corner radi and adjustments in my less than perfect kitchen. Everything looks great.

They went out of their way to help me out. The two guys that came, went out of their way to be very helpful and they made sure to take precautions, so as to not get dust all over the house. They were very courteous.

Other companies were going to charge us extra for removing the Corian top, but this company did not. It all came out nicely and we're happy.

We found the prices for granite and quartz at C&CBD to be more reasonable than prices for the same materials at both local home improvement stores. Additionally, the sales staff at C & CBD was much more accommodating. Initially, we were interested in and purchased SileStone quartz countertops. After placing our order, we received a call from our salesperson stating that the owner of the company had been experiencing problems with this particular product (Stellar Night Silestone) and that they didn't recommend it. While I appreciated the advice, it would have been better if their sales persons would have been informed about this prior to ordering. They were very accommodating in helping us select another product for our countertops. We settled on granite and love it. The installers were professional and did a great job. They did a good job with the seam and making it barely noticeable.

Krista did an excellent job of listening to my wishes and came up with a great design. There are a lot of details in planning a kitchen and none were missed. Cabinets, countertops, sink, and faucet were all ordered and delivered as promised by the Company. I was especially pleased that Countertops & Cabinetry was able to deliver and install a 9 ft. island and keep it in one piece.

They did a good overal job with a fair price. However, they showed up a week early to rip out and install our new cabinets withouth letting us know they had changed the date.

I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH COUNTERTOPS & CABINETRY-DESIGN'S SERVICES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE COUNTERS AND CABINETS. THE SALES PERSON WAS REALLY CONFIDENT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETS AND COUNTERS, AND HE WAS RIGHT. THEY DO LAST GOOD.

I had a very good experience. Pegatha helped me pick out the colors and details of the countertops (Corian). She was great about getting things scheduled in the time frame I needed. Everyone was punctual and courteous and left everything very neat. They even made me a corian trivet to keep hot pans off of the countertop. I am very happy with how everything looks.

NUMEROUS MISCOMMUNICATION REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF THE COUNTERTOP. COUNTERTOP NEEDED TO BE RE-CUT.

OVERALL, THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. KRISTA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE CORIAN STYLE, COLOR AND EDGE DESIGN. THE TEMPLATE ESTIMATOR WAS ON TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND POLITE. THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF PERSONAL SERVICE AND QUICK TURN-AROUND TIME ARE VALUED.
