4 guys came with a backhoe dug below foundation drove down 8 ft supports added a permanent lift to the supports. They lifted the foundation on those supports put back the dirt over them and was gone in 1 day. I am happy with the results and hope that it stops the sinking in that area.

I had issued a concern regarding the conditions that I had observed that I thought represented a possible continuing issue of dampness in the CMU above the work they perform on the interior of crawl space. Immediately they had a supervisor meet at my home to review what I had seen as dampness to explain the drying process of moisture that had been trapped in the CMUs through the previous years. I was impressed by the quick response time which was not longer than three or four hours after I had notified them.

The work that was provided was performed promptly and the crew leader was responsible and offered some extra interior drain lines due to the fact that the crawl space was extremely open making it very easy to do their work. They did the extra exterior drain line installation per the contract footage pricing to take the sump line to the street curb. very quickly and appearing to be quite well done. The testing of the sump action when they added water to the interior sump pit showed a quick deposit of water into the street. However, I am still seeing evidence of water in the CMU surfaces above elevation of the new interior drain line that was installed. I assume this to indicate that something should have been done at the wall exterior to take water away from the foundation (probably the J-channel installation).

I hired Stay Dry waterproofing to replace a waterproofing system I had installed by another company 7 years ago. I was upset the other company wouldn't stand behind their work but very glad I hired stay dry. These guys are great and very pleased.

Crew was on time and on a Sunday morning after the rail flood of 2020. They cleaned out carpet and cut drywall up to water line. Treatment for mold prevention. Their response was great and foreman answered questions as worked. Team was polite and worked hard for 3-4 hours on removal and dry out.

Our sump pump was not working and we were working in crisis mode to prevent flooding in our basement - on a Saturday! Great experience with StayDry. Initial evaluation was thorough and informative. The crew was professional and on time. Project went just as anticipated and the foreman communicated/explained any changes clearly. Through the first few weeks of rain/snow the basement has remained dry with noticeably less humidity and musty smell.
