Crew came out and did an excellent job

This review was submitted without my approval or my authorization. I received a notification reflecting a 5-star review. I would hire the sub contractors they used as the work they did was excellent. However, as the company stay dry could not commit to accurate timelines. Work performed had to be redone and modified several times as they were unable to effectively communicate as a team. There was a little follow-up from the company and the person who did the estimate refused to follow up and come back out when issues arose. This lead to a great deal of frustration and aggravation. I would *strongly* avoid this company and try or a similar company instead.

Terrible Communication and Coordination. I would NOT recommend Stay Dry. The operations team has serious communication and coordination issues. I had signed a contract for ~$30k to perform encapsulations, drainage, and sump pump installs on four crawlspaces I had. I was very happy and impressed by the sales experience. Thats where it ended. Through the process, there were a few requests I had made as far as order of work, and scheduling changes. The operations team said that these requests would not be a problem. About two weeks before the installation began, I had requested a final walkthrough with the scheduled foreman of the job. This took over a week to schedule, with multiple calls trying to get something worked out. Finally, a date was scheduled for the walkthrough (one day before installation began) and the foreman did not show up. He had been pulled off to another job. No one from the operations team informed me and I was waiting around and wasted my morning. Due to there being no walkthrough, I had requested to push the project installation back. I was not comfortable proceeding with the project without having a formalized walkthrough. I sent an email to the operations team only to receive an accusatory and aggressive reply from the owner. He had decided to now cancel the project on me the day before installation was to start. The owner was very brash. He was always right and it was very apparent he had no concern for the customer. This was also the feedback I got from the StayDry sales rep and some of the foreman I met as well. I ended up going with another company that I was extremely satisfied with that provided customer service and quality that StayDry is not capable of. So in the end, this all worked out for the best. Im sure the owner will reply to this review. I will make sure to reply back when he does as I have all the documentation needed to support my case. Update 02/14/22 The owner of this company has threatened to get his legal team involved if I do not remove this review

Crew was great. Professional on time everyday, very informative on what was going on. Cleaned up well after themselves everyday.

Substandard workmanship. When completed the final inspector agreed to have someone come back and clean things up, but nobody ever showed up.
