The crew that was here was wonderful they did an awesome job I would recommend this company to anyone

The company will not explain everything that they intend to do. They will hide things in the contract that was never discussed. The workers showed up for the job with no idea of what they were actually supposed to do even after having the company out twice to my home to go over things. They will upsell you things that may not be needed. They will push for more money, push for you to sign the contract, (even if you are driving a car), and they will threaten you if you try to cancel contracts. They do poor planning, try to push quick fixes that do not fix the problem just to get your money, and will leave you with more repairs to your home once they leave. When I no longer trusted that the company would do as they were contracted, (they kept wanting to add days and money). Do not call or hire this company.

Very inexperienced in basement repair and took multiple site trips to complete work. Part of work couldn't even be completed and I had to request a partial refund.

My situation was I had mold, growing on the floor, Joists and the concrete block from and past plumbing issues, as well as water intrusion Stay dry team came in and did an incredible job. The people were not only hard workers. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and communicated almost continuously. Larry was the crew chief and quite honestly I canâ t say enough good about the job and his professionalism. They definitely earns her money and weâ re well worth having this done.
