Our standard hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. However, we do provide emergency service on evenings and weekends. If you reach our voicemail, simply leave a message and you will get a call back as soon as possible. We know you have many choices for your heating and cooling needs, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and show you why we are the best choice!

IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THE UNIT IS WORKING PEERFECTLY. THEY WORKED CONSISTENTLY UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO OUR REQUEST. WE WERE GIVEN PAYMENT OPTIONS WHICH FELL RIGHT INTO OUR BUDGET.

They did a great install ...... clean and well done! They also made sure I was comfortable until the new units could be installed, so they cared about my well being not just getting paid for a service. Very easy to work with! Highly recommended!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They were able to look at the air conditioner very quickly and fix it right away. The unit they repaired was for a rental property that I own and they took the extra step of sending me pictures of the issues and giving me all the information that I needed to make a decision. Since I could not be there to see myself, this level of service is extremely comforting. I have used Monarch H&C for a few jobs and can tell you that they don't do more than is necessary to fix the problem just so they can charge more. They have even talked me out of doing more expensive repairs, telling me it wasn't really necessary. You don't see that every day. I'll continue to use them for anything that needs their expertise and I recommend them to anyone in the Marysville/Columbus area.

Best bunch of honest trust worthy folks that could ever work 4 u!!!! We had the works: duct work, vents, new furnace, AC and new thermostat!!! These guys stood behind everything they promised us and my house has fur babies and they even were great w them. They even did things they didn't have 2 do for us!!! Don't look any further for ur needs, they got u!!!!

The first jobs were excellent. No problems. Very willing and able to help. On the install of the new system, it went very well. Just a little longer than originally thought, but I was shown the difficulties, and knew they were unavoidable. The end result is wonderful. Great new system that I trust %100. Here is my full review: I found Monarch Heating and Cooling a year ago when my older furnace and A.C. started showing their age. With Devin's knowledge and willingness to try to help, and not pressure me in to a new unit, he extended the life of the A.C. and improved the efficiency of my decades old furnace. This year, we took the plunge on a new heating/A.C. unit. We discussed our options with Devin and chose the best system for our needs. It's only the first day, but there already is a more balanced, comfortable feel in the house. The job had it's difficulties, but Devin and his employee meet these head on. Full disclosure, the job took just under two days, but they had no problem staying as late as I would have them, lol. In the end, the unit(s) look great, the work areas were left as they were found, and I'm very happy. I will be updating this review later during the summer after it gets good and warm. Thanks!!

After my experience with them I will never, ever let anyone else do anything to my HVAC system but them. I am a little knowledgeable about these type of systems and very knowledgeable about Customer Service being a retired customer service manager and they are the best I have ever dealt with, period!!
Description of Work: Furnace was not running efficiently and my daughter had used these folks so, being new to the area I called them based on my daughters recommendation who had used them before. They came to our condo, analyzed the problem which included a faulty blower motor, and limit switch. They were very up front with the costs which were very, very reasonable. After discussion with them I not only contracted them to fix the furnace, I signed a maintenance agreement with them to check my HVAC system twice a year which includes not only the furnace and air but our hot water heater and fireplace.

OK at first. Guy showed up. Said it was the blower motor. He would have to get the part. He could have it later in the afternoon and another tech would be out to install it. Then came the hard sell and tooting of horns. It just became too much. Hours later, the tech showed up with the part. My husband had to get his tools out because the tech didn't have what he needed to do the job. On top of that, he was packing! I do not allow guns in my house and I was very upset. He didn't announce that he was carrying, nor ask if it was ok. In addition, he broke another part on the furnace during his repair and said someone would be out Monday to fix. We have not heard from them yet. I had a blower motor go out on a furnace in my previous house not too long ago, and the total cost was under $400. This was over $650. Of course there were discounts if you signed up for their maintenance program . . . I want them to fix what they broke and then I don't want them in my house again.

Dear Client, First of all, please accept my apology for the unsatisfactory experience with our company. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. I have called and left a voicemail this morning and am waiting on a call back from you to discuss. I would first like to apologize for not following up with you on Monday as we stated. I have addressed this issue with the person responsible. We are able to install this part for you today as soon as we can confirm a time that is convenient for you. As far as pricing goes, motors are different prices for each furnace. It is hard to compare prices as one could be high efficiency or variable speed etc. You purchased a motor with capacitor and resilient motor mount rings. Also, please keep in mind you requested that the supplier open their doors after hours. You were informed there was an additional fee for this and agreed to pay. You were given the option to wait until Monday to avoid the extra fee and decided to pay the extra to have repairs completed on Saturday. The second technician that was at your home did not have a specific sized wrench with him. We do want our techs to arrive prepared and ready to do the job. Unfortunately and thankfully rare, there are times when we may think we have a tool in our bag and do not. We will reinforce the reminder to always be prepared. I would also like to apologize that you felt uncomfortable with him carrying his gun while inside your home. This is against our policy. I do understand your concern and for what it is worth, he does have a legal license to carry a gun, but did not follow company policy by carrying into a customer's home. Upon discussing this with him, he apologized and said that he simply did not remember to remove it before entering your home. I want to assure you this has been dealt with and is not being tolerated no matter the reasoning. We also pride ourselves on not being pushy sales people. We inform clients of their options and allow them to decide based on their needs and budget. We offer all clients a Maintenance Agreement. Some are extremely happy and see the value, others prefer to just take care of problems as they arise. We simply provide the option. When discussing the repairs you made the comment regarding a new furnace and air conditioner which started a brief conversation to see if you were really interested going that route. Once you stated you were not, it was dropped. We would appreciate the opportunity to return and repair the switch that was accidentally damaged. Please feel free to call or email us as soon as possible so we can complete the job. If you feel we can do anything else to rectify this situation, please let us know. Sincerely, Devin Bush Owner
