Self Installed a new thermostat, furnace was not turning on, technician came and discovered one wire was causing a circuit to blow. The furnace still wouldn’t stay on, owner came out and discovered our air filter that we replaced two months ago was a too tightly woven air filter and it was causing our furnace to get to hot and shutting down. Over the summer of 2020 had an AC issue, condenser was covered in ice, defrosted it and checked for leakage, repaired the issue. Pricing was excellent. Great work, professionalism by the technicians. Bought the annual maintenance package to cover checkups and cleaning. Highly recommend. You get discount on repairs too!

So impressed with this company! I txtd the owner on a Sunday night after 9:30 and by 9:00 am they were at our house the next day! They did an Amazing Job installing a Brand New Heating and AC System by Trane Super Friendly and Professional! You will not be disappointed with the Quality and Prices!

The guys did a great job and didn't leave any thing for me to clean up. My old system was removed and new installed and running in about six hours. They were on time, courteous and professional as well as the best price.

I highly recommend Monarch Heating and Cooling in Marysville, OH. They are truly a caring company that always puts their customers first. When they say they have emergency service 24/7/365 they mean it as was proven at 7pm when our furnace stopped on a below freezing night. Their technician arrived and the furnace was running with a warm home by 9pm. Monarch has an amazing maintenance agreement plan that more than pays for itself with the semiannual cost free “tune-ups”. With this plan there are no service call fees and 15% off their already very reasonable pricing on all parts and labor. I’ve used this company for several years now and wouldn’t think of calling anyone else.

My furnace/AC system died. After days of hassling with my warranty company, I found Monarch Heating and Cooling! Rene was absolutely wonderful, and understanding about my situation. She scheduled the first available appt. for me. Devin and Mike worked tirelessly to get my system installed yesterday. I can't say enough how professional and caring these gentlemen are. Monarch Heating and Cooling recently replaced the furnace and A/C system in my home. They had previously provided maintenance/service for several years on my old unit. They have always been timely and very responsive. Renee (receptionist) is polite and courteous. They have been timely on ever occasion Devin (owner) is straigtforward and very particular. He spent 12+ hours in the 90+ degree heat taking care of my installation. His work was meticulous and he was very respectful of my property. He’s a proud veteran and it shows in everything they do.

They were very polite and friendly. Explained issue to me and fixed it quickly. Was also happy they were able to get to us so quickly.

The Monarch Heating and Cooling team are amazing and a great blessing to my family! They are very compassionate and honorable people. I called to have a window unit installed for my mother in a senior apartment complex. Sarah explained that this is not a typical job for them. She tried to help me find a handyman because the one they typically use was on vacation. She asked the guys who were there for lunch and one offered to install after work that day. Because the AC unit was not available until the next day, they added my mom to the schedule the next morning. Mike arrived on time and completed the install quickly and efficiently! Called them thursday, they were the only ones who answered the phone that day. made an appointment for saturday, the guy called said he was running late. Def appreciated that. A different guy came to keep things On time. Again a thumbs up. They were able to fix my AC that days. I had to work so I chatted with the guy over the phone. Great customer service all the way around. I would use them again.

These guys are amazing. Im on the phone frantic with standing water bc of a bad pump. The OWNER himself Devin B showed up in 16 minutes while im still on the phone telling him the problem.
