Crew was very professional, on time, and cleaned up daily before they left. Troy Richards was the landscape architect and he designed a beautiful hardscape/landscape plan for us. We are extremely happy with the end result and will hire them again to redo our patio in the backyard next year.

They were very nice and very knowledgeable but the price was too high.

It was fine. It was pretty nice. We didn't have him put any of it in, but we might have him do it. We liked some things, but just haven't done any of it yet. Yes, I would call him up for this type of service again.

It worked fine. They work off and on for us all the time. They've done everything they were supposed to do.

It went very well. I had contracted with Home Depot to do the work. The guy came out and started the work and then requested more money to finish the work. I fire him and hired Landscapes by Terra. Their workers are professional and did a great job. The work will last a lifetime.

They did a nice job. Would definitely hire again.

If they gave me a good price I would be more likely to use them again. It took 2 workers 3 days to complete the project. I like the walkway. The only complaint I have is my own design not theirs so I can't fault them for that.

On price I have a big yard, I would grade a B I guess. Actually they're the same as another company. I guess an A; another guy was more. The quality was fine. They're pretty good on responsiveness. On punctuality it's good enough, I mean, it's a landscape company. What can they do sometimes? Professionalism is fine. I'm gonna use them for the Fall. I didn't do a contract. I might do the gardening but they're doing some more stuff at work and here. At least they call you back. Some don't even do that. Probably 4 came out to do the work; quite a few. They left everything clean. Maybe there was one little thing. There's always something. I don't know, maybe some leaves that they probably should have picked up but they covered with mulch. Not a lot of anything. It happens no matter who does it. I have a big yard so it took probably 6 hours. They were here almost all day. I have a corner lot; big yard. It's not acreage. It's like 160x100. I don't know. It's pretty good size. It's not like some huge place in Powell or something.

There was cost because there was a 3-D rendering. I would use them if I had the need. We did a walk around the yard. I pointed out the things that I had an interest in undertaking. They took that info and created the plan. The plan looked fine.

It worked out very very well for us. They did a tremendous landscape plan for us. They did the initial phase of the landscaping out front. The started with an Angie's List coupon for landscaping plan for $39.00. That was wonderful. We used that for reference once on our own with other landscapers. It was wonderful. Then they came back and did our sidewalk and our front beds. It was top quality. They listened to us. They sat us down and talked to us about what our vision was for our property. They came back with a plan.

It was above my budget even though I gave them a budget number so we didn't use them. I would look somewhere else. Be very thorough on what you are describing because their estimate included their ideas which increased the estimate cost.

It was good work Pricing was good. It was top quality. They redid our sidewalk. They city of Marysville has a grant for redoing people's sidewalk. They worked with us to be able to obtain that.

We never used the plans. I don't know what they charged me. They never got back to me after I called them a couple times. Finally the third time they did get back to me. I suppose what they did was standard on the price. The quality was ok. I didn't give them the work. I think part of it was my fault because it was right at auction time and for 4 to 6 weeks I was doing other stuff. Then I took the initiative and called them back so I don't know if it was their fault.

They did good work but I fired them last year because they overcharged me for work they had been doing. They were doing a monthly weed maintenance which they sent one person to do and it took her about a half hour to 45 minutes and they charged me $100. Then they sent 2 people who said they were here for 2 and 1/2 hours and they charged me #300. I complained about it and they said well that's what they charge and I said well I can't afford you anymore. They also did spring and fall cleanup. I was pleased with them until their prices kept going up and then I got this horrible charge. In the spring they mulched and edged and in the fall they did leave removal. The cut all the perennials and all that.

We've used them for over ten years, we started with them when they fist started their business.

We have used them for many years, they are great. They do high quality work, meticulous. They are thorough on their quote and follow through.

Still waiting on a design proposal from Collin. Going on three weeks now, and every time I ask for a plan I get the answer, "its very busy, I'll have it to you no later than Friday". This has happened multiple times now, and when I finally threatened to take my business elsewhere, I get the response that "I didn't realize you were in such a rush", and "I sent that to you last week" however no such proposals were ever sent. This is a company who has no oversight on the contractors or employees they send to bid their jobs. Good luck if you hire them. I hear they do good work, but I'll go somewhere else.

To me, part of being punctual is professionalism. We were are in touch with them and talking to them, they are professional, sometimes they are not prompt and they go ahead and do things you don't want them to do. When they are suppose to be out, they should be out. When they say they are going to do certain types of flowers, they should do those instead of substituting without consulting. That stuff is annoying to me. That to me, didn't hold water, but they are in the ground, so there's nothing I could do. I will probably use them again in the future.

They were quick, clean and professional. Work has held up very well (roughly 4 years so far). Would definitely use again.

They took a long time to schedule an estimate and then finally came out to perform an estimate. He told me he would send me a design and quote via email but I never received anything.

I phoned - they never returned my call to discuss or schedule. Wouldn't recommend them.

The team was prompt, courteous and professional. My yard looks outstanding and the services were actually performed earlier than originally estimated! I will definitely plan on using them every year and for any other projects I have. Mulching, bed defining and plant maintenance were all expertly performed!

Everything Terra has done has always been great. They've landscaping design was beautiful and is holding up beautifully. Their regular service is prompt with a strong attention to detail. I also like that they are very responsive through email and have an up to date payment processing system that allows me to easily pay bills on line.
