Description of Work: Jeff did the design/work for a front yard and back yard. He did the front design and work first and based on that experience we had him do the back. We liked the designs for both, though the design had to be modified when work began on the back as there were scale issues. It still came out great and has been commented on by others as to the improvement from what the yard was before. Though we have no more space opportunities, we would use Terra again in the future.

Description of Work: I requested some perennials for fall color for 500.00. I had to reposition on of the plants myself. They do a lot of business, so it was after Thanksgiving.

Description of Work: I called and left a message to schedule an appointment. I was told Colin McMahon would get in contact with me. After one week with no contact, I called back and was assured it was an oversight. Another week has passed and still no contact.

Description of Work: I use Terra for my residential snow removal in winter. They always come about when I expect them to and they do a good job. They pay attention if you request something particular. Pam is great to work with and I will keep using them every year!

Description of Work: The company prepared a paver patio and landscaping plan with scale drawings. They accomodated my request for a Saturday appointment. Troy showed up on time. We talked about what we were thinking about and Troy gave us some suggestions. Troy took his time in measuring and surveying our property. He said he would e-mail us drawings with an estimate in 4 to 6 weeks. About 8 weeks later, we received an e-mail with the professionally prepared plans and estimate. We felt $50 for the consultation and plans was a very good value.

Description of Work: That company is simply very overpriced and not on time. It took them a long time to make a simple plan fir which they shouldn't charge at all. We are very dissap and feel we were taken advantage of. My husband is simply mad because he knows other landscapers and that one was the worst.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Completed drawing and detailed explanation of work to be performed. Work will be done over next two years. Very pleased with conference and will continue to use their services.

Description of Work: Because of the special Angie's List offer, and the large responses thereto, and our extended timing for our work, Jeff at Terrahort has agreed to visit with us in the Spring of 2013 to discuss our needs.

Description of Work: I purchased a voucher for $49 that was supposed to give us a consultation and design for our yard work and landscaping. It took a while to hear back from the company and when we actually had them come out, all we got was should have been called a free estimate. I paid $49 for a FREE estimate and the prices for the proposed work was very high. Needless to say, we did not have them back out to do the job.

Description of Work: no service performed besides estimate and drawings. From the time of first appt. to work being done would have been 7/8 weeks and installation at the end of October would have been too late to enjoy water displays, etc. May contact them and use designs next spring.

Description of Work: Roy from Terra scheduled an appointment to view the property on 9/4. He came as scheduled and we discussed the property as he looked around. After about 20 minutes he said he wanted to take some photos. He said I should receive a report later on. He did not give any advice nor make any suggestions. It was misting, so I went inside and I never saw him again. I have not received any report nor heard from the company. It was a bad deal and I would like a refund, since I did not receive the consultation as advertised.
