Well, they came a day later than they originally said they would, but they kept working despite the intermittent showers. They completed all the work in one day, and sent someone the next day to make sure things were all cleaned up. All the workers were friendly and professional.

Poor. While I understand that this was a sales tool, they should have provided the plan as purchased. Once we expressed that we wanted costs further broken down to make it more affordable and that we could do some of the work, the rep never responded. The plan drawn up for the front was nice but thrown together and did not include what was discussed on the first visit. Felt he was rather condescending. We wanted a plan that we never got.

They were quick to come out and we discussed desired options. Said they would return with an estimate in a couple weeks, and I never heard from again.

Person showed up on time and gave us the estimate next day. Price was little high for my liking so I ended up doing it myself.

Great. As stated the work once completed was seamless in the yard.

It was okay. No landscaping work was completed. We did not have a consultation and were just looking for some general ideas. The design did not really fit our needs. I was expecting a little bit more out of the design/drawings for the money.

They did a great job, our patio is one of the nicest parts of our house now and we are enjoying it every day weather permits.

The only reason I used the other company they went to the same church as we do. They are professional and right in the ball park as in price.

It went very, very well. It was a massive project with painting walls and step gardens, and they did an absolutely beautiful job for us. I would absolutely use them again in the future. They were very professional and extremely creative. They took the time to really invest in the design. We found them to be very different in that sense. A lot of hardscaper's that we had interviewed were really focused on just getting the work done and just the function, but Collin, who is the principal we worked with, really put effort into the design of it, and into the overall aesthetic execution, having studied the house, and having studied the terrain. We are in a very wooded area on a river, and he worked really hard to create a hardscape that was indigenous to the surrounding. That kind of aesthetic was very different from others that we interviewed. He interviewed us first, then presented his concept. They are really closer to landscape architects, than they are to just landscaper's.

Everything looked beautiful! During the time they were working, they did a fantastic job of cleaning the area at the end of the day. We have hired them several times since then for spring and/or fall cleanups.

We had a health crisis in our household so we couldn't use them at the moment. If I had the money I would have used them. I may not have done everything, but I would have done part of it.

No problems. Crew is competent and efficient.

Excellent work by Jeff and his team. They really know how to do an entire make-over and they have the experience to do it right the first time!

They were nice. They came on time. They emailed me the estimate. I don't remember the conversation. It was so many months ago. We just put off doing the project. They answered all of my questions.

Very well! I was most impressed with how the planning and visioning went - was actually an enjoyable experience. The labor part - tearing out and planting and building went just fine too.

It turned out fine. I took advantage of a deal for a $49 kind of plan. Then they came out and did the work following that. They came as I recall when I was not home and started to take out the existing plants. I had ask them to leave the ground cover in place but they started to take it out. Fortunately, I stopped by my house at some point and said , no, no. The ground cover is supposed to stay. They put back the ones that they thought would survive. They ripped it out because they thought I did not want it.

I didn't do anything more because I wasn't ready to do what I told them I wanted to do. It wasn't anything I would pay to do, so I did it myself. I wasn't dissatisfied with anything. It was more money than I wanted to spend and I wasn't ready to do it anyway. They didn't do anything other than an estimate. Labor is expensive and I'd just do it myself.

This was a second job that was priced separately and the only thing I wasn't charged for was the sod because it was already here. They had to have another load of topsoil, and I wasn't happy about that. Had they done all of the work the same day, they wouldn't have had to order additional topsoil because it was plenty of topsoil left from the first job, they just carted it away. They didn't put any fertilizer down before they laid the sod, which is what they did in the front yard. They removed the old sod, I call it sod, but was mostly weed, and they put the topsoil and graded it and slapped the sod down. So, they didn't do the fertilizing part, and they had to order more topsoil. It was just an extra cost that shouldn't have happened because of miscommunication. I think the quality of the work was good and their help was very diligent with the project, but they're maybe on the pricier end. Maybe I can find somebody that can do just as well and that's less expensive.

They made it a much bigger project than I had planned on. It was an underground pipe for my downspouts. The city had damaged it when they tore up the street. I thought the city would fix it but they just put duct tape around the two ends of the pipes to connect it. Instead of a connection they replaced pipe which cost me more. It was very well done but like I said it was much more elaborate than the guy put down on the estimate. I wasn't happy that it cost me more but they did a good job.

Crew was very professional, on time, and cleaned up daily before they left. Troy Richards was the landscape architect and he designed a beautiful hardscape/landscape plan for us. We are extremely happy with the end result and will hire them again to redo our patio in the backyard next year.

It worked very well. They did a great job. The workers were very good. It's exactly what I wanted, and I was satisfied with the work.
