I called Russ and left a message explaining what I needed. He responded promptly. I told him I bought the mower at Lowe's but they don't carry the replacement batteries. He spent time trying to track down where I could get the battery. Once I had the battery, I called him and he came out the same day. He replaced the battery and sharpened the mower blades for me. He was only here for about a half hour, so he only charged me $29. I thought that was a very good deal. Russ was very professional and very helpful. I would use him again and I would recommend him to others.

He came out the same night I called, even though it was late (around 9pm). He took the cover off of my mower and saw that a bolt had come loose. He let me know that he could fix it pretty easily but he didn't have the particular sealant that he needed with him so he came back out the next day. It took him about 10-15 minutes to fix the problem and he only charged $50. He said to call him back if I needed anything in future. He was very nice, honest, and you could tell that he really knew what he was doing. I was very pleased with the work and will definitely use him again in the future.

The local John Deere dealer said I would have to wait 3 - 4 weeks to have my mower looked at. Russ arrived when he said he would (in one day) and fixed the problem promptly. He is friendly and very polite and patient. The whole experience was fantastic.

Russ provides lawn equipment service at your home. So if you don't have a trailer to pull your equipment to a local service provider call Russ. He provided all the routine maintenance on my riding mower and some additional repair work. All the work was done professionally and the appointments were kept on time. The price is competitive. I will use him again.

Russ responded to my inquiry quickly and service was scheduled within a day or so. He texted me to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He performed the maintenance at my house, which was great as I didn't want to load my mower in my trunk and take it somewhere. He finished in less than 45 minutes and cleaned up after himself. Russ is polite, efficient and his services are very competitively priced. I plan on calling Russ when I need any type of mower service.
