I found Buckeye Mower Repair to be very prompt and reliable. It was the first time I have tried them. I purchased an Angies List coupon and it was very easy to set up an appointment at a specific time. The best part is Russ came to my house to perform the tuneup and blade sharpening, It took less than half an hour, just as he had predicted. In addition, unexpectedly, I was not sure I could be there if he was running late, so when he returned my call we arranged to have a phone call to make sure he was on schedule. This was a very easy, cost-effective, convenient and pleasant experience. I will use him again!

Showed up to my home on time, brought a little extra gas in case it was poor quality fuel. Repairs took about 20 minutes and he took the time to walk me through what to look for in the future to avoid problems. Rate was fair, he was friendly and professional and even took a quick look at my mower to make sure it would start up again in the spring.

He diagnosed why my snow blower wouldn't work, stripped it down and had it fixed and running in 45 minutes all working in cold temp in my garage. Very personable, polite and knowledgeable!

Russ was great, On time jumped right in and got the work done in the garage as it was raining. Very convenient him doing house calls and saved me a lot of time money vs having it picked up and repaired by a larger shop. Will be using him for all future mower needs

Our 2 year old lawn mower wouldn't start and after doing some research online found out that the carburetor might need cleaned. This looked easy to do, so hubby attempted it, but when putting it back together there was a pin that came out and he couldn't figure out how to get it to stay in. I found Buckeye Mower here on Angie's List. I went on their website and found it easy to maneuver around. I liked the convenience of scheduling my appointment right then. The website is very informative of the services that are offered, the cost, and any area to type information. I received a text to remind me of the appointment the day before. Russ arrived at time of appointment and was very informative about what needed to be replaced. He had me come outside to show me the problem and where all the pieces went in the carburetor. Tuneup was completed and he tested out the mower by doing a few rows in the yard. We will definitely use his services again if have another issue with mower or need a tuneup.

Called and came promptly. Friendly. Did routine service on mower. Initially thought another issue was problem but after services mower ran well. So saved me $35.00. Unfortunately mower stopped next day with brief usage. Russ returned and fixed what he thought might be original problem. Charged me $35.00. Mower runs like new and is 13 years old. Appreciate he didn't inially charge the extra $35.00 for services he thought at the time I did not need because mower worked.

He was very polite, knowledgeable, and very very busy. He actually did very late appointments at my house. He is trying to go full-time, but presently works a full-time job and repairs mowers and equipment at night and on weekends. He was very concerned about customer satisfaction and even replaced an air filter cover for free. His service call was $80... Which is very reasonable compared to their places where I have to take the mower in and leave it for 5 days. I appreciate his service very much.

Russ was right on time. It was raining and rather cold out but he was prepared to work outside if necessary using battery powered equipment although he worked in my garage. He had already picked up the necessary parts. The work which included oil change, belt replacement, deck removal, blade sharping,deck leveling and filter cleaning and overall inspection of the mower. He explained the current condition of the mower letting me know that a belt pulley may need replacement in the future but saw no reason to spend extra money at this time. Russ is a true professional with years of small moter repair experience working on this equipment for a living. I have paid more for this type of service in the past including pick up and delivery charges and the mower still was not running when I got it back. Don't waste your money taking your equipment to some dealer or paying to have it picked up when Buckeye Mower will come to you. Plus you get to know who worked on your equipment and if it's not working just right you know who to call. I will use Russ again and again as will my neighbors.

I appreciated Russ's prompt communication and willingness to come right out, despite his sharing that he's busier today than ever before. He had all the necessary tools in his car, and only needed an electrical outlet in order to plug in the grinder. He swept up afterward and was finished in less than 30 minutes. I will call him each season for a mower tuneup... I love havnig found his and quot;mobileand quot; service which comes right to my door!

Russ was very punctual for the appointment I scheduled with him. Actually, he arrived a few minutes ahead of the time that we'd agreed upon. He was also very kind and professional. He completed the above mentioned work on my lawn mower in 15 minutes and left absolutely no mess for me to clean up!!! I was so impressed with Russ and the job that he performed that I gave his contact information to several friends. I will definitely contact him the next time my lawn mower requires service.
