Description of Work: We lost complete water pressure to our house. We called them on a Thursday late afternoon and they came quickly. Fixed our old well pump. They were courteous and clean. The repair itself was straight forward.

Description of Work: Our septic pump went out. My husband removed the pump and went to Harper's. We had to buy a replacement pump as well as get some advice and assistance from Harper's. They were so helpful and we are very thankful they were here for us when we needed them. They had all necessary items in stock and we had our pump installed and up and running within a matter of a few hours.

+ -1 moreDAVE WAS EXACTLY ON TIME. HE PERFORMED A FLOW RATE INSPECTION ON THE WELL AND INSPECTED ALL THE EQUIPMENT INCLUDING PUMP, WATER SOFTENER AND STORAGE TANK. HE GAVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING WHAT UPDATES/REPAIRS SHOULD BE DONE. HE WENT OVER THE WELL EQUIPMENT WITH ME AND WAS KIND ENOUGH TO GIVE ME RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING A WATER LINE/HYDRANT IN THE BARN AREA- SOMETHING THAT HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO AS PART OF THIS INSPECTION. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY PUT A CITY GIRL'S MIND AT EASE CONCERNING THIS WELL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK. I WILL HAVE THIS COMPANY DO THE REPAIRS/UPDATES IF THIS PROPERTY SALE GOES THROUGH.

THEY REPLACED OLD/FAULTY JET PUMP & PRESSURE TANK WITH NEW SUBMERSIBLE PUMP & LARGER PRESSURE TANK (AT MY REQUEST). THEY WERE DONE IN 3 HOURS.
