We had been having problems with our house stand-by generator which is about 7 years old. It had not been starting well and eventually got to the point where it would not start at all. I had a couple other electricians come by, but they could not get it performing like it should, but one of them told me to contact Rossman Electric, as they knew all there was to know about the house generators. I called them on February 4th and they had Jason out to our house the next day. Jason right away started looking at it and found the problem and shortly thereafter, he had it up and running just like it should. As luck would have it, the next night we had a short 15 minute power outage and it was nice to hear it start up without any problem. Jason did a great job but the people I spoke with there were also first class. I had never heard of this company prior to this, but they will be our first call for the annual maintenance and any other issues that come up.

Purchased new house and was having electrical problems. Office staff were extremely helpful and flexible. Electrician arrived promptly and addressed my concerns. Issues were resolved in under an hour. Would recommend anytime.

The quote was detailed and professional. The office staff worked very hard to fit us in before the weekend as we requested. The electrician was on time, very professional and courteous. Worked was performed flawlessly and they cleaned up their mess including vacuuming the floor. They were respectful of our home. We paid less than quoted even though they added an outlet to a circuit that was not previously planned for. Would use again.

Rossmann Electric Inc. came to the house and rewired the breaker box to the hot tub. They are always prompt and efficient; we have used them before and are pleased with their service. We will continue to use them and I highly recommend them.

It was the best experience I could have hoped for. Dale Rossman came out and walked around with me as I described the various electrical issues we were having, the upgrades we had planned, and detailed lighting we wanted added in the basement. Dale gave me a prompt and very fair estimate within 24 hrs. When I gave him the go ahead he had two of his workers there the next day. What I thought would have taken three to five days they completed in less than two days. They were polite and they were professional. You could tell they were experienced. I will use no other electrical firm than Rossman. They're the best.

On day one the main electrician James brought someone that he was training named Dan. They decided that they did not have the tool that they needed after spending 3 hours manually searching for the junction box. James returned the next day with the correct tool and fixed the problem. James told us that he would not bill us for all of the time spent because he was missing the correct tool and had to come back. We got billed the entire amount. When contacting the company, the receptionist spoke to James and he confirmed the bill is correct. We were deceived and a job that should have taken 2.25 hours, as billed for the second day, was charged out at 8.25 hours. Horribly disappointing. We will never use Rossman again.

On the whole it was an excellent experience. Mr. Rossmann himself came out the same day we called for a quote and looked the job over. Then he emailed us the quote next day. We accepted and scheduled for the install to occur about five days later. His two guys were very prompt and very courteous. Everything was installed as desired and they cleaned up so neatly, you wouldn't know the fixtures had just been installed. The only negative was the price. We thought it was a bit high, but that might be our ignorance of what electrical work costs.

The electricians from Rossmann were really outstanding. They evaluated what my needs were. They went through it step by step. The cost was kept at a reasonable level. They really had me look at what I needed. I am very satisfied. They really were extremely thorough and timely. They were very accommodating. They gave me great service and they were very responsive. I highly recommend them.

They arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule and the owner himself came out. It took him only 15 minutes to identify the problem - a short in my hall chandelier. He was able to get the remainder of my outlets and fixtures working (prior to the repair, we had no use of several outlets and our automatic garage door opener due to the problem. After about 25 minutes I was in a hurry to get my children to school. He agreed to apply my payment to the replacement of the chandelier, which I am happy to have him do, since the ceiling is very high and I would not tackle that job myself. He told me to call him when I found a replacement and that I could pay him then. He would not take payment since I was in a hurry. I felt very comfortable with him and will use him again if needed (after her replaces the fixture!)

My post light was shorting out the breaker box when it was turned on. Adam fixed the problem then checked the breaker box and found two worn breakers and replaced them. He explained why the post light wasn't working and showed me the two worn breakers. He was efficient, friendly and extremely professional.

It went very well because they came when they said they were going to. The guys who came were very nice. They worked very timely and the fans work perfectly.

This was the first time I had used their services. They were excellent. I was looking to get some underground wiring put in. I got two quotes. This company had fairly reasonable prices and their service was stellar. Adam always let me know what was going on and their were never any surprises. He was very professional and during the course of the work he identified another problem and I asked him the cost to have that repaired and was blown away at how affordable it was. This is a reputable company and they do good quality work.
