The service was excellent, but they are a bit expensive.

Every bit of my interaction with Rossmann was excellent. They answered the phone when I called. Sent someone out later that day. Repair took 30 minutes. The technician explained the problem and showed me how he fixed it. Would absolutely hire again.

Rossmann Electric are excellent to work with! Their staff is top notch and they were able to accommodate my electrical emergency immediately. I would highly recommend their services! They repaired the sunken meter base failure that sparked the night before on my house due to the builder's lack of proper installation 10 years back.

Electricians showed up on time (and called when they left their shop). The job required a very large ladder and 2 people to handle. They were clean and very professional. Owner supplied parts which were sourced on the internet due to the fans age. While they had the ladder up, they also replaced all the light bulbs in a two story ceiling family room.

excellent. we have been using Rossmann for 7 years now and I am only now taking time to write a review. We have been in our home for 7 years and it has been a major rehab, having a continual stream of various specialists and contractors in the house (at least 30). Rossmann is among the top 10% companies we have worked with. In the last two weeks we had them out again (Kurt - a superstar that works there, and they have all been very strong). what I like most is the attention to detail. no shortcuts. a philosophy of if I do it, I do it right. on top of this a high level of mastery and a genuine desire to please the customer.

I would highly recommend. The serviceman was very professional and courteous.

I had asked that they call when they were on their way and they did, arriving right on time. They started work immediately and when they were finished left the area clean. They were very pleasant and courteous.

I thought the price was great and that they did a really good job. They were personable and made sure everthing was right. He was there most of the day and wouldn't hesitate to higher again.

We contacted Rossmann Electric after using them for a quick job in March with the sale of our former home. After moving into our new 110 year old home, we wanted to do a few electrical projects, installing new ceiling fans in the living room and a guest bedroom, hanging up a new light in the upper hallway, changing out a few GFCIs. We were so impressed by the responsiveness of the company during our brief interaction in February, that we contacted them to do the work in our new home. Well, as with a 110 year old house, once we started "digging", we quickly found a number of things - most notably knob and tube wiring that was still active. As homeowners with children, Rossman Electric understood our position in quickly removing the K&T and juggled around their schedules to work with us on the timing. Since we were rewiring a significant portion of the home, we took advantage of new access panels, etc to completely update everything we could think of - install new lighting in many rooms, remove scones, change outlet positions, install new subpanel and surge protector, installing new outlets where we didn't think it could even be possible (silly old houses!), changing 2 way switches to 3 way, etc etc. Our list of 4 times was almost 2 1/2 PAGES long by the end... And they were flexible and wonderful every step of the way. Will was our primary electrician and he literally became a staple in our home over our 2.5 week project. He was on time every day, was pleasant, informative, and open to new requests. He constantly kept us updated with ideas and suggestions. He didn't just know what he was doing - he was CLEARLY an expert, which is especially comforting with the age of our house. Tyler assisted him on various days and they clearly worked well together. As if they were already exceeding our expectations, imagine my happy surprise when Adam (our central office owner who we had been working with on scheduling / budget / etc) estimated our final bill... And they had changed the hourly pricing from the original to a larger budget pricing structure - saving us a significant amount of money that we were dreading paying. Rossman will forever be our on-call Electricians and I've already shared our fantastic experience with 2 friends looking for help. I can't recommend them more.

They came out, looked at everything, said it wouldn't be a problem and they would send us a quote. Never heard from them again. I've called several times, no one will return my calls (specifically Adam Rossman) and my wife emailed and never got a response. Extremely unprofessional and complete waste of our time.

This company did a nice job for me. The electrician (Tyler) stopped by a few days early to remove my old lamp post fixture so that I could paint the lamp post in advance of having the new fixture installed. On the scheduled day, he returned and installed new fixtures on the lamp post, porch light, and kitchen ceiling. He also replaced a weak GFI in the bathroom. He answered a lot of questions I had on lighting in various rooms, different types of bulbs, dimmers, and light fixtures. There were no surprises on the final invoice because I had received a detailed estimate of costs via email from Adam Rossmann when I called to schedule the work. The electrician was very helpful and the work did not take a lot of time. I plan to use this company for future electrical work. They do very nice work.

The work done by Will was exactly as Dale (owner) explained it would be. The whole Rossmann crew gets an A+ from start to finish, never any problems. Highly recommend.

Called before arrival, walked me thru the repairs. Advised which repairs were dangerous and which repairs were more aesthetic. Did a fantastic job. Second time using them, quick, responsive, they have been great.

I have used Rossman Electric for several years with projects on my previous two homes, so they were first on my list to call for electrical work on my newest home. The home is almost 90 years old and I initially called to have them look at re-wiring the entire home as it is mostly knob and tube type wiring. When Dale Rossman came out, he took a look around and told me they were really not the best company for a retrofit. I appreciated his candor and thanked him for his time. A month or so later I called back and asked Pat Rossman if they would be interested in doing just the new service entrance and scheduled a new appointment for today at 9:30am. At 11:00, when no one had shown up, I called to ask the status. The appointment had gotten mixed up, but she assured me she would get me back on the schedule ASAP and call me back to confirm. An hour later Dale called me back to say they were not interested in the work, no apology for the no-show and no consideration for a long-time customer. Extremely unprofessional.

Rossman did an outstanding job in installing 3 florescent lights in our garage. Not only were the quick and efficient but very thoughtful when cleaning up the work area. Best electrical contract experience in many years. Adam who is one of the owners is also very responsive to all questions and concerns.I will definitly use them again for my next project.

Everything went great. They first came to make sure they could do the work I wanted; since I didn't not have an existing light or fan they needed to make sure there was enough access space. Right away I got a good feeling about Rossmann Electric and that feeling was verified further when talking with others in the office. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and truthful; they even shared personal feelings about how they loved their LED recessed lights that they just installed. As the work was performed they made sure that my couch, TV, and floor was covered in order to protect them from the ceiling dust. If/when I need further work I will call them back.

They provided a service that no other company offered. Other companies gave higher prices and convoluted setups. They gave me a direct line in about 40 mins. It was nice clean and easy. I believe it was a fair price.

Pat Rossmann was very polite and helpful with me on the initial telephone call. The electricians, Will and Seth arrived early for the appointment, they both were very professional on the job. Great experience.

Replaced all smoke detectors in the house. They were 13 years old. Had it completed in 30 minutes. Also received a quote on new flood lights for the back yard.

I called with very short leadtime to request install of new cable/satellite outlet prior to install of new built-ins. The office team worked to find a spot in the schedule to support my request. The electrician arrived on-time and did a top notch professional job of installing the new outlet; everything clean and neatly completed; all connections worked perfectly after cabinet install the next day. He also reviewed the details to estimate additional projects that I have planned for installation of a 220V charger in the garage and a new ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. I sincerely appreciate the great work completed by the electrician and the team work to find a slot in the schedule to support my timeline.

They work quickly and everything looks great. They consulted me about questions along the way and treated our home with the utmost respect. I will absolutely use Rossmann in the future.

Problem: Only had partial electric power in my home. I called Duke Energy and a service representative came to my home within the hour. The service representative said I needed a new base unit for the electric meter, which was the homeowners responsibility to maintain. However, he said had some spare parts in his truck and would replace the bad module. Three days later, we had the same problem with the partial electric outage. I went online to Angie's List and found a recommend electrician within 5 miles of our home. It was already after 5:00 PM when I called and spoke with Adam. I told Adam that the service representative from Duke Energy said I needed a new base unit for the electric meter. Adam walked me through switching off all of the double breakers (hot tub, range/ovens, dryer, and air conditioning) on the electric boxes in the basement. I could have waited for the repairmen to come out the next day, but I was concerned about all the food (just went to the grocery) in the refrigerator. Adam wanted to save me the afterhours emergency charges to come out that evening. I pulled out the refrigerator (built in to the cabinetry) and ran an heavy duty electrical cord from the refrigerator to the garage outlet. Adam asked me to take a picture of the electric meter and texted to him. Adam called me early the next morning to let me know that Dan would be arriving between 10:00 - 12:00. Dan arrived early, introduced himself and went to work. Dan let me know that he would have to cut all the power off, but would let me know when he was ready to do that since I work from home and my wireless connection would be severed. When Dan was finished installing the new electric base, he let me know that there was still a problem with the voltage coming into the house and that I would need to call Duke Energy because the new digital electric meter was also bad. Dan explain what the problem was so that I could relay the information to Duke Energy. All-in-all, it was probably the digital electric meter that was ultimately bad, but now I have a new digital electric meter and a new electric meter base. Both Adam and Dan were very polite and professional. Dan's work was very neat and concise... even the Duke Energy service representative complimented his work. I appreciate that Adam was trying to save me some money and that he and Dan were very polite and professional.

I called Rossman in the morning and informed them of the issue and that we did not have power in two of our downstairs rooms. Pat, the woman who answered the phone, was extremely nice and told me that they were very busy today but she would try to work us in the schedule. She took down my number and within a few hours she called back to tell me she was able to get someone out to my house that day. The electrician that came over, Kurt, was unbelievably nice and went above and beyond to fix our problems. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem. He was extremely patient as I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what he did to fix it. I would definitely recommend Rossman to someone else and will most assuredly call them for my next electrical problem.

Once agian these two men had a great attitude and work ethic. They were pleasant to deal with and they get right to work and the projects were done in less than an hour.
