It went very well!

The installation went smoothly and on time. Everything about it was good. Our only problem is not understanding how it all works. The instruction manual for the unit is poor. The techician tried to explain it's operation options, but it did not stick very well with us evidently. I would use them again, but ask a lot more questions and write down the answers next time.

Overall a pleasant experience. They quoted what I asked for and were the lowest bidder out of five estimates. In one case Future Air's bid was half of one of their competitors! Installation crew arrived on time and included the sales rep that provided the quote. Work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Afterwards, I found an oil spot on the driveway from one of their vans. When I called Future Air, they sent someone over right away to clean it off. Five months later, the system has worked flawlessly.

The work was done on-time and professionally. The only problem, which we worked out eventually, was that the exhaust-system blower was not a system they were familiar with, and the original estimate was for 1100 dollars to replace the entire system. I was able to find the motor/impeller on-line for about 300 dollars separately and they installed it for about 1 hours billing. Still, they were prompt, and came back the 2nd day when the nozzle clogged. Overall, I think they are an honest, capable organization.

We saved several thousand over another local company on the same equipment, and are extremely satisfied with the quality of the equipment and the service personnel who installed the new system. The installers were very professional, respectful of our property, and did a great clean up job afterwards. They did not leave until we understood how to program and use the new system, and said to feel free to call with questions about the equipment. They also told us they would send the rebate documents to Duke Energy and Carrier, which they did as they promised. We have already received both rebates within a month of the installation. We highly recommend Adam Brown and his staff at Future Air, and are very happy with our choice of companies for this replacement of our heating and cooling system. This was our first experience with Future Air, and couldn't be happier!

Future Air was out servicing my neighbors AC unit when our unit went out. The technician was kind enough to offer to stay at our house past quitting time to take a look at our unit. After some freon and a new compressor, he was done and the air was back on. They were professional and extremely curteous to offer to stay and look at the unit without having spoken with the main office. I would most certainly use them again and frankly couldn't believe how affordable they were. Great provider!!!

They arrived at the appointed time and were finished in a reasonable amount of time. They completed the job and did a very good job of cleaning up afterward. Very satisfied with there service and would recommend them.

Adam and his crew are exceptional and I can always count on them to provide honest work at very competitive prices. Future Air installed the HVAC system on my home when it was built and I've been using them ever since for all of my heating and cooling needs. I no longer bother to get multiple quotes for HVAC work since I know they'll do the job right for the best price. They are very knowledgeable and don't try to sell equipment or services that aren't needed. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. Adam went as far as correcting a minor issue with my system 7 years after installation. I've recommended Future Air to at least a dozen friends and colleagues and everyone who has used them has been equally happy.

Future Air has serviced our heating and air conditioning for almost 20 years. While performing routine maintenance on our furnace they noticed that our hot water heater was leaking (but still working), and sent us a bid. We researched the price and scheduled the job within a few days. They worked around our schedules and were in and out very quickly. I would recommend Jason or Nick, but we have never had issues with anyone they have sent out.

THEY AE GREAT! INEXPENSIVE WITH GOOD EQUIPMENT, THEY ARE AN EXAMPLE OF VALUE. MOST CONTRACTORS WOULDN'T/COULDN'T SUPPLY AN R-22 (OLD STYLE FREON) A/C UNIT TO MATCH MY 5 YEAR OLD AIR HANDLER UNIT. MOST CONTRACTORS WANTED TO REPLACE BOTH UNITS COSTING 5-7K RANGE. THE ONLY OTHER CONTRACTOR TO QUOTE ME A COMPARABLE UNIT WAS AT $2400. DEFINTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

The job went very well. no problems.

Overall they did a good job. Furnace was 13 years old and they were able to find parts and keep it running another year. Had them out later to quot a repalcement heat and a/c unit for the house. I wolud recommend them.

Either he or his partner Jason answer the phone 24 hours a day. He has sent someone out within 1 day for every call and when needed, has personally come out to address emergencies even on weekends. Adam and his crew are the most honest and dependable contractors I have ever dealt with. I no longer seek quotes for HVAC work and immediately turn to them for all of my heating and A/C needs. I've referred them to several friends who have replaced entire systems in their homes and they've been equally satisfied. Not only is he honest and knowledgeable but he has consistently provided the most competitive pricing for every job.
