FUTURE AIR INC.

I had Future Air install a HVAC system in my primary home in Jan 2022...they did an awesome job installing a quality product at a great price. On Christmas Day 2022 our second home where our daughter and grandson live the heat went out about 6am. I called Future Air and "Adam" had one of his technicians to the house in two hours and fixed the problem. I want to stress this is Christmas Day and the technician "Casey" was awesome troubleshooting and fixing the issue and it was a fair price. Future Air did a very good job on installation and test. In addition, they were able to connect the new system (a Trane) to my existing Ecobee 3 thermostat. The Future Air team was very respectful of our house and took every precaution needed to prevent any carpet damage. They tested the system before leaving to make sure it was running correctly and came back the next day to check. We would hire them again.

Future Air was quite responsive. We called on Tuesday morning and they were able to make it that day. Their technician, Nicholas, was very professional. He took the time to explain the problem and what was needed to correct it. He was able to fix it that day (although he had to drive to the parts house). We are very pleased with the work. We will definitely use them again.

I use them sporadically. They are nice guys. I enjoy talking to them. actually. They did put the unit in. They are knowledgeable of the unit. They are responsive. You call them and they are there.

They arrived on time. Kept the house clean. Got everything installed. Calibrated the unit. There was a problem the next day and the owner of the company himself came out within an hour of my call to diagnose and fix the problem. Professional. Courteous. Stand behind their work.

I have a service contact with them to come in the spring and fall. They call and pick a date that works for both of us. They are very proactive about that when you have the service contract. They are always really good about providing options if they run into issues. I really like their customer focus and the expertise. I did look around and I can get cheaper but for the service provided its well worth the prices.

I had an entirely new furnace and heat pump system Installed by Future Air in October 2012, and the other day the capacitor went bad. We were charged the service charge of $89.00 (I have no issue with that), but was told we would be charged a second hour of labor ($89.00) because they have to take the part under warranty to tri-county to "fill out paperwork." This is the second time Future Air has charged me to return a part under warranty. The previous time was in August, 2014 when they serviced an attic fan under warranty that they installed. Not only did they charge me for them having to return the part, but they tried to charge me a second service trip to install the attic fan they replaced. It wasn't until I protested they took it off my bill. Complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. In their reply, Future Air responded by saying, "We also checked the air filter and refrigerant" which were services not requested but were services they included in the bill. They also state as part of the bill they had to "Do the return warranty." No other provider charges customers to do return paperwork for parts under warranty, and this is little more than a way to scam money out of customers.

This is the second time I have called them for a service and they were able to come out within the hour. They are very professional and they educate you as to what needs to be fixed. Everyone that I have spoken to that works there is really polite, professional, and reliable.

Responded quickly and fixed the problem. Offered other suggestions for heating and cooling efficiency with our attic unit. Very professional.

Adam and his team came to my home on time and replaced my home's AC and furnace in about 8 hours. They did an excellent job!

They were professional, thorough and very courteous in doing a furnace tune-up. We were so pleased with their service and work and would highly recommend.

This was my second experience with this family-owned company, and both were excellent. Both times I needed to call in the evening, expecting to reach an answering machine, and instead reached a technician who was friendly and knowledgable. Also, both times the technician committed to coming first thing the next morning, and arrived at the promised time. In addition to successfully fixing my air conditioner, both technicians thoroughly checked my cooling system to make sure there were no other problems. They were both professional and very nice to deal with. Between my two experiences, I had purchased a home warranty. When my air conditioner stopped working the second time, I tried to work with the home warranty company, however after two days and two nights of over 90 degree temperatures and no call from the home warranty company's technician, I gave up and called Future Air - and received the excellent service described above. I was also very grateful to feel confident that they were being honest and reputable - they could have told me I needed a whole new air conditioner or much more expensive repairs and I would have had no choice but to believe them. I would highly recommend this company.

This was a 2nd opinion call. Another provider wanted to do work on my system which is only 3 years old and I questioned that. I purchased an annual maintenance contract with Future Air. Future Air confirmed what the other provider saw, but said the action recommended by them was not necessary at this time. My biggest complaint was that the other provider refused to consider any warranty work or to check the warranty on the current unit since they didn't install it. This was a new home from Drees and I did not choose the original installer because they had a poor rating on Angie's list. Future checked the registration of my unit by the serial number and told me how long I had on the warranty. Very satisfied with David from Future Air. The other company has lost my business.

The service call was within 2 hours of placing the angies list request. that's service!!! fast, good info, and quiet with the baby taking a nap!

Great service, efficient, professional, polite and reasonable price for their service. Great deal on their Angie's List diagnostic service. Can't beat that price especially when tying in their ability to be on site so quickly.

The service tech called me the same day I bought the service call deal. We were able to get him on schedule the next day. He came out on time and performed the diagnostic and quickly determined that the AC was okay but need refrigerant. It could be a leak but won't know unless we add the refrigerant. The cost of the R134A was pretty expensive at $90/lb. I think it is fair since R134A is not in production anymore it would just get more expensive. It ended up costing me about $300 + the $49 service call deal. I was happy about the service.

I scheduled on somewhat short notice, and they were great on fitting me into their schedule. The technician was helpful in pointing out things I need to watch for, and how to best prolong my system.

They are great! We used them over the summer when our AC quit working and decided to call them again when our furnace stopped working overnight. They were at our house within less than 2 hours of placing a call. The technician was Nick and he was very nice and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. We will definitely continue to use Future Air!

I received a call from them the same day I purchased the deal. They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Jason arrived right on schedule, introduced himself, and got right to work. He did a very thorough cleaning and check of all the furnace components. He was very professional. He was able to answer my questions, and to advise me of options and prices for the new furnace filter unit, and whole house humidifier that I requested. I have scheduled the installation for next week. I would definitely call them again!

I wasn’t there when they came but my wife was there. She said that it went really well and they were pretty good. She said that they were quick, on time and did a good job. She thought that they were pretty fair in price.

Everything went well. Matt explained everything after the service was complete. We then bought a maintenance contract from him for future service.

It went fine. He accidentally charged me the fee that I already paid with Angies List for the Big Deal, but sent me a check for the refund. He was nice!

Called for service for air conditioner that was not cooling. They said originally it would be approx 2 hrs before they could come but showed up in 90 min. They repaired the unit and were gone in 30 min!
