Technician was efficient and immediately identified failed parts which he had on his truck. Refrigerant tested low and he offered advice as to probability of recurrence of that issue (due to the age of the a/c). We opted to just top off refrigerant and take our chances that it is just a very slow leak. Time will tell if that was a good decision since apparently few a/c repair companies will track down or fix leaks in an a/c over ten years old. If ours is not a slow leak then we will probably be looking at replacing the entire unit, which he quoted. Overall, this was a satisfactory experience and I would use them again as well as recommend their services. Thanks Angie.

Fast--easy--painless. Not a lot to say. The representative came in?Handled everything in minutes?.cleaned up after himself (VERY cleanliness conscious). The offer I bought on Angie's List covered the entire call?.

All of the guys that performed the service and installation were prompt, professional and even respectful of the fact that I have two young children. My children were napping at times service needed to be performed and the technicians tried to be as quiet as possible. When I called, the company was able to schedule service very quickly to get our A/C working properly. I have already recommended Future Air to my neighbor.

They were fine. They were good. They came to the house quickly. They gave a quote and stood by their number. I was not there during the installation, it was my wife who was there. I did not actually see what happened. But it seems it all works fine. The cooling is better and it looks like it is a good unit and a good care unit so they gave a good value. It?s a good service with a good price. They were there when they said they will give the estimate. I was not there for the installation.

It was blowing but not cooling. He replaced piece and coolant (had both on his truck) quickly while he explained why. Did not try to sell me any big unit, just explained my options.

The crew was nice, punctual and easy to work around. More drop cloths may have been required but they cleaned up well. Jason was very helpful during the initial discussions and bidding process on the system and approach. We discussed options and I feel we landed on the best option for the budget, Customer service and respect are rare these days and I found both with the fine lads of Future Air. Good Guys.

He was a little late but called to tell us he would be. He was very nice and polite and quickly diagnosed the problem (coils frozen solid, needed more coolant). We had an Angie's List Deal for a $49 diaganostic service call that we used. We then only had to pay for the coolant. He had everything he needed on hand. We had called on a Friday to get someone out to look at the unit and they were able to schedule us for 9am on a Monday. Would definitely use them again.

Air conditioning system was not putting out air at the registers. This same issue occurred several years ago and was due to low refrigerant levels causing ice to form on the coils significantly reducing air flow. Previous company indicated it was a slow leak and suggested just topping off the refrigerant as necessary until it becomes unreasonable. Three years later and here we go again as expected. Called Future Air in the morning and they were able to make it out the same day. Service representative was courteous, professional, and got straight to work. Was able to identify the source of the leak in a few minutes (luckily it was right at the service door). Was told it would be ~$180 to repair the leak (on top of the $89 service fee) and the cost of R-22 refrigerant at $98/lb. The repair was completed in an hour or less including recharging the system with 3 lbs of R-22 refrigerant. The repair charge was reduced to $125 since it didn't take as long as expected and the refrigerant charge was reduced to $88/lb since 3 lbs were required. Total bill came to $430 after the Angie's List 10% off coupon. I didn't shop around to see if the total price was competitive since having the unit fixed before the weekend is worth a bit extra.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly is spite of heat wave. They fixed it quickly.

We thought our A/C unit was not working properly so we scheduled service. Before the scheduled appointment, the A/C starting working fine so we contacted service provider for a refund. They were very friendly and understanding, as well as instructed us on how to receive our refund. I will contact again for any future needs.

Appointment went great, technician was on time and did a great job for tune up. The price was the same as noted on Angie's List coupon. Would highly recommend this company and will use again.

Incredibly responsive. They made an immediate service call and followed up the next day with any additional parts needed. KI was not home during the work and they called a number of times to review the options and opportunities. I am incredibly pleased with the prompt response and quick turn on repair parts.

Future Air was awesome! A work colleague of my husband recommended Future Air, and I am so glad they did! I received 3 bids from other contractors before I received a bid from Future Air for a new furnace & a/c. Future Air's bid was $2000 less than the other bids I received. I have a brand new Carrier furnace and a/c for far less than I could have hoped for! Future Air personnel were professional, prompt, on time, and did great work. Very pleased with my experience with Future Air!

I received a few estimates for the same type products and Future Air was by far the lowest bid. I was referred by a friend who was completely satisfied. The removal of the old furnace and installation of the new furnace went very smoothly. The guys laid down drop cloths over my flooring and they wore booties that covered their shoes. Extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. The install took exactly the amount of time they said it would 4-5 hours. Once the install was complete they explained in detail the functionality of all of the equipment in "lay man's" terms. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their furnace/AC/heat pump, etc.

I had the service done. They said that the furnace that I have was older. They came on time.

It went great. They were prompt and fixed the problem quickly. They accidentally charged us twice and i didnt realize it, and they called me to correct it quickly.

The water heater was a follow up to another company service and installation problem They did a fair job identifying all the installation issues. I had to get a third party to get to the bottom of it. The second service call was for my a/c which they did a good job at a reasonable price They were prompt and courteous.

Owner came quickly to check out our A/C unit during the local heat wave. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The money-saving Duke Energy control device was shutting off the outdoor A/C unit too long/often. It was disconnected and all was well. Duke has since removed the device. Future Air owner Adam Brown was very pleasant and efficient.

Professional, courteous, concerned-great overall experience. While I was able to purchase additional services at a more cost effective rate elsewhere, the experience with this vendor and the initial work and assessment performed was great. Customer service top notch. I would recommend their services and will use them in the future if I have any issues at all.

Future Air did a great job in meeting all my needs. I received bids from 4 area HVAC companies. Future Air was the lowest priced option by a good margin -- for essentially the same equipment. The installation went extremely well. 4 folks from Future Air showed up right on time at 9AM....they took care to cover up the carpet leading down into my basement to make sure everything was nice and clean after they finished. The system is working great; they took the time to explain everything to me -- how to set the new wall mounted thermostat unit, etc.. Again, couldn't be happier with my decision to use Future Air -- great price and a quality installation = can't beat it!

They arrived early, rare for the service industry. They were very professional and courteous. They took caution not to get any dirt or debris on my light carpet. They were here 2.5 hours and they cleaned up everything. The bill was exactly the amount indicated on the quote. Often, that was not always the case when I had work done by other companies. I have used them 3 times now and will continue to.

The whole experience was awesome. I was noticing that my air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. I placed a call about 11:00 am and was told they could be out the following day. When I asked if they possibly squeeze me in today, the guy said I will make that happen. By 2 pm I was back in business with plenty of cold air. :)

I recently installed a flagstone patio and cedar pergola in my backyard and didn't care for my old AC unit to be sitting right next to it. I called Future Air and one other company to get a quote for moving and replacing it. Nick came out to give me an estimate. We discussed the details, and I appreciated his honest, straightforward approach to earning my business. Future Air's quote was almost $2,000.00 less than the other company, the unit they installed had higher ratings in every category, and the parts/labor warranties were equal. On the day the work was done, they showed up on time, started work immediately, and were finished within 7 hours. Their attention to detail and cleanliness were exemplary, and the guys were personable, knowledgeable, and willing to entertain any questions I had about the install. I will likely replace my furnace in the not-too-distant future, and I won't hesitate to give Future Air the work.
