AAD Security Locksmith

When I called, I spoke with Joyce directly. She made an appointment on day and time, that I was available and she arrived on time. The tumbler that I requested was not available, so Joyce rescheduled at another time that I was available. The door works and looks great. She marked the master keys. I feel so much safer. Joyce was excellent and we will definitely use AAD Security, the next time we need locks rekeyed at our house or rentals.

I contacted AAD (Joyce) and she was able to come out the same day to add my lock. I wanted the lock keyed so it would match the other locks on my house. I wasn't sure what brand the other locks were, so she had me describe the key. She also asked what finish I needed the lock in (brushed nickel). When she arrived she realized the lock she picked up (based on my description of the key) wasn't the right brand. She went back out to a couple of different stores in my area until she was able to find the right brand and finish. She returned and did a great job of installing the lock. Actually, she did a better job than the builder did on the front door deadbolt (not surprisingly). Anyway, she was very courteous and professional (and interesting), and I would DEFINITELY use her again!

I would hire Joyce again and recommend her to everyone. I love the fact that she doesn't buy into the "everything is disposable" idea, but has the skills and desire to fix if possible, instead of just replacing it.

We had several locks on the house, each with a separate key; which made for too many keys to carry. She re-keyed the locks to make as many match as possible, so now we only have to carry two keys instead of five. She also made service keys to the back door for when we need people to work on the house but we don't want to give out our house keys. (It's a key that can unlock the door handle lock but not the deadbolt.) Great service and easy to work with.

Great. Joyce is professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient. Everything you could ask for from someone who is doing work in your home. She was available in the evenings, gave me great information up front, showed up when she said she would, worked as fast as she said she would, and got everything done in exactly the manner promised - quickly and at a reasonable price.

Joyce, the owner, actually called early to see if she could come out and do the work since she was in town and ahead of schedule. She was polite and informative when explaining to me about the different locks on my doors and the most cost effective way we could change the locks. We were very pleased with her work and price. Joyce was very thorough and very competent. She took two European style lock sets and made them workable in our doors, re-keyed them all to the same key. The price was VERY reasonable for the work she did. In addition, she is very likeable with an interesting background. We will do business with her again.

We called Joyce the day prior to moving in to our new home. She made special arrangements to come to install new deadbolt locks because two doors in children's bedrooms on the second floor (exiting to balconies without railings installed) needed to be secured. She spent several hours on the job, was friendly and professional amidst our moving day chaos, and cleaned up the mess her work created. We plan to use her services again when we undertake remodeling we have in mind.

Joyce definitely knows her craft. She knew exactly what needed repaired. She made three trips one to assess the lock, one to repair when the replacement parts arrived, and in between she came to fix the door when it became stuck. I would hire her again.

They were very quick in getting out to the house given the emergency situation. Came within 18 hours of initial phone call.

REARRANGED HER SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE ME, (I NEEDED LOCKS CHANGED EMERGENTLY). EXAMINED OUR OLD LOCKS AND EXPLAINED OUR OPTIONS CLEARLY TO ME. WAS ABLE TO MAKE SEVERAL SETS OF OUR NEW KEYS AS WELL

JOYCE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND COMPLETED ALL WORK AS REQUESTED. SHE EVEN HELPED OUT WITH AN ADDITIONAL DOOR PROBLEM THAT I HAD NOT ASKED HER TO DO ORIGINALLY.
