Description of Work: Joyce was great. I had an antique steamer trunk that needed a new key. Unfortunately, a previous locksmith damaged the lock due to his unwillingness to admit that he had no ability to open such locks. Joyce was very patient during our phone call. She asked very clear questions about the type of lock, and then referred me to a competitor who specializes in these kinds of locks. The locksmith who fixed the lock and made a copy of the key will get a good grade, but, in the end, everything worked out fine thanks to Joyce. She will get future business from me.

Description of Work: Joyce came promptly the day after I called to rekey the 2 locks of my store. She tightened screws, lubricated and provided 2 keys per lock. I had used her 4 years ago when I opened my store and was glad she was still able to help me out now. I would hire her again.
