Description of Work: Appointment to rekey locks. There was road work being done on the street so AAD had to park 3 houses up. She called and said could not do the job because of this then hung up without even trying to work something out, reschedule, etc.

Description of Work: We had to change the locks in our home because we had lost a key with information on it that was compromising. I called Joyce and she came within a couple of hours. She was terrific. Did a very thorough job and provided extra keys at no additional charge. She explained everything she did and fixed a few things with respect to the locks to make them work better than they ever have. She was not in a hurry to finish and made sure everything was perfect before she left. We could not have been more pleased with the job.

Description of Work: Repaired 3 deadbolts, fixed the door getting stuck and re-keyed 3 locks. She made 4 new keys that work. We have a much older home with original doors and hardware. We wanted to keep the character and integrity of the original hardware. Joyce was great! Will definitely use her again.

Description of Work: We had never used this company before. Joyce came to our home within two hours of my phone call. She repaired a lock that we thought probably would need replaced. I had her install a new deadbolt on the door to the garage and she also repaired a deadbolt on another door that was sticking.. She was very friendly and efficient. Her price seemed fair but we did not check with other companies. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use her services should we need a locksmith. She does a great job..
