JOYCE ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. IN ADDITION TO CHANGING OUR LOCKS, SHE ALSO ADJUSTED A STRIKE PLATE THAT WAS GIVING US PROBLEMS. SHE SEEMED TO REALLY ENJOY THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGING THE COMBINATION ON AN OLD 3 WHEEL SAFE TOO.

Description of Work: WE HAD A BATHROOM THAT ONLY LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE. SINCE WE ARE ADOPTING A BABY WE NEEDED TO CHANGE THAT. ALSO OUR FRONT DOOR THAT HAS A PART WHERE YOU PUSH THE PEG IN TO HOLD THE DOOR SHUT, THE WHOLE MECHANISM THAT HOLDS THE PEG HAD COME OUT AND OUR DOOR WAS NOT SHUTTING. SHE JUST LOOKED AT IT AND CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION BY DRILLING SOME HOLES THROUGH THE MECHANISM. SHE HAD ALL THE TOOLS AND CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION AND IT IS NOW FIXED.
