This is great service and the job is exceptional. They are always prompt, courteous and simply do a fabulous job. Three employees clean my entire house in less than 2 hours, and I am thrilled with the way things look when they are done. I could not be happier with this service.

Had to cancel a scheduled service. Initial contact over the telephone was pleasant. Scheduling was prompt.

We have been using Dolly's Maid service for about 6 months and are very pleased with the work. They are flexible with scheduling and the house always looks great.

We recently moved to the area and needed to find a cleaning service for our home. Based on Angie's list reviews we tried Dolly's Maids and are so happy that we did. We have now been using Dolly's Maids on a weekly basis for about 2 months and they have been amazing. Very professional and hard working - they leave the house spotless. Great attention to detail - careful and thorough. It's also really nice that they come as a team of 3 - so the work is done quickly, rather than taking all day. Cheri is great about returning calls and messages.

Chari and her crew were great. We'd never had anyone clean our house before, and the job they did looked great. They only used green cleaning methods, which is an added bonus for us. Everything looked nice for the guests we were having, both staying over to visit, as well as for the party. They made our stove look brand new again. My wife stopped calling the downstairs shower "guy clean" because it looked so nice.

I continuously hire Dolly Maids to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis. Between word of mouth in the local community and here on Angie's List, Dolly Maids has become extremely popular to hire. Therefore, Chari the owner & cleaner, has hired some more employees to keep up with the cleaning demand for both current and potential clients. I just wanted to say that she has done an excellent job in hiring & training the newer employees. They are all polite, positive, & professional and they all do their work diligently! She or Ann (the original two cleaners of the company) each accompany the newer cleaners so there's always consistency of what is cleaned in the house and how it is to be cleaned. I am extremely satisfied with the work performed and am glad that there are more options of cleaners & available time slots so that I can continue to use their services. Thanks ladies!...My daughter & I sincerely appreciate everything!

These women were amazing! They came when they said they would and worked so hard! They were able to clean things that we hadn't been able to get clean in four years of living in the apartment. The apartment supervision came to inspect after they left and he was so impressed. He had never seen such a clean apartment. They cleaned the refrigerator, the stove, sink, blinds, floors, bathroom, bedroom and living area. I have never used such a through cleaning crew.

Very thorough, professional service. Reliable-came when they said they would. Cleaned all areas and did an excellent job on everything. Pleasant and upbeat-take their work seriously but able to joke and interact.

Dolly's maid service did a great job. Easy scheduling around our restricted move-in timeline, great customer service, friendly staff, and overall solid cleaning throughout the house. Definitely recommend.

Chari and her staff are friendly and flexible with scheduling. I work from home and I hardly know they are here. They do a thorough job and pay attention to details. I would highly recommend Chari.

Cleaning was ok. Also they talked alot amongst themselves while cleaning. By myself, it never took me 3 hrs. to clean.

They did a phenomenal job on their first visit, given the condo had not been deep cleaned in over a year. They came on time, were very thorough and kept me updated as they went through the house. I have contracted with them once a month for the entire year.

I was lucky enough to call on a day they had a cancellation so Chari and her team were able to fit me in right away. I was moving out of a house and needed help with the final clean up. They showed up promptly, we did the walk through and they jumped right in. I was so pleased when I returned.. the place was spotless and they'd even managed to put all the odds and ends in one place for me.

Cleaned kitchen floors on hands and knees, pulled out appliances, cleaned under kitchen sink, cleaned broom closet, mopped floors, cleaned inside of microwave. Sanitized toilet and faucets, scrubbed tub, mopped hard wood floors.

Ann and Sherry are top notch! I've been using them for the past 6 months and my house has never been cleaner. They are very personable and go out of their way to make sure that the job is completed to your satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

They do a great job. They are very polite and professional. If I need anything extra done, they find the time to do it. They are great about working around me and my 3-year-old daughter. They go above and beyond. If I leave clean sheets out, they'll make the bed. They move furniture when they vacuum to make sure everything clean. They're great at dusting, which I love since it's my least favorite chore. Over all they are a great maid service.

They are really good. I pay them per visit. My mother is living with me and she can't really get around that much and I need help with her and they keep the house a little clean.
