I have NEVER had a problem. We get a reminder text message a day ahead of time letting us know what time they will be at the house. (in case we need to reschedule or cancel) They have the garage code to let themselves in. They do a beautiful job, everything is spotless.

Jaymie and Tanisha arrived right on time with all of their equipment and supplies. They were very polite and friendly and spent the time to find out exactly what I wanted done. They worked hard the entire time they were here. They are extremely detail oriented and made sure that I was pleased with what they had done. The cleaning was so thorough - I couldn't find anything that they had missed. Will love to have them back in the future.

The staff who came to our home were fantastic. They were diligent getting every corner of the house cleaned. Throughout their time there they kept me updated and asked me questions. Any questions I asked them were answered immediately. The were all professional, friendly, and very hard working. I would definitely hire them again!

Dolly's do a fantastic job every single time. Be it routine cleaning or cleaning after work has been done the house is always left looking immaculate. They pay great attention to detail in a house that has every kind of surface and flooring, blinds, and a pretty hard used kitchen and bathroom. I recommend them to my friends, and to you!

OMG... I'm ashamed to admit that I thought I knew how to clean my house, but I've learned that I don't know how to make it shine, like Dolly's Maid Service. I needed quick service because I just listed my house. She was able to rearrange the schedule and fit me in on a Saturday at no extra charge. Cheri and Tanisha showed up on time and ready to get to work. They worked fast and they worked hard. Things that I thought were permanent scratches and stains, they were able to get clean. They cleaned everything floor to ceiling, ceiling fan, light fixtures, baseboards, cabinets, absolutely everything. They were fast, professional, friendly and most importantly, nonjudgmental. I'll definitely use them again. As a matter of fact, I've already hired them for next week to clean the basement and windows and doors.

I have been using their services for almost 2 years. They are my lifesavers. I now use them to clean my company office. I have recommended them to friends and they continue their services with the same satisfaction as me. Communication is A+ with Chari and they use email and text to communicate reminders and use on-line payment for absolute ease of payment.

Wow! This was great from start to finish. The text communication the night before with arrival time and update the next day was great. My house is spotless and they paid attention to every detail. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome and will definitely continue to use them during the selling process of my home and hopefully in my new home! It's worth every penny!

The crew of three was professional, upbeat and hardworking. They really got into all the nooks and crannies until the house sparkled and smelled great too. I would definitely call on them again and would not hesitate to recommend this service to my friends.

I do not provide reviews but must provide a review for Dolly's Maid Service. I recently moved into the area and did not want the standard cleaning company because they never provide the type of service you expect for the cost and you never have consistent service. I can honestly say I am so pleasantly surprised with the experience of working with Chari and her team. I have never had a vendor/contractor who was SO open to feedback and I have never had the owner actually doing the work! Chari cleans my house along with two other team members. She is always receptive to feedback from the work performed - and I mean always. I am a very particular person. She strives for perfection and to keep her clients happy! Chari and her team did a great job on our new home. Chari made scheduling easy and was flexible with moving the date to better fit out schedule and move in date. The house was cleaned perfectly and made our transition easy!

Chari and her crew do an amazing job. We had them clean our entire house just a few days before we moved in and it was so nice to be able to just put our dishes and groceries away knowing the fridge and cupboards were all clean! It saved a lot of time for us in terms of settling in. Since moving in we have them clean every 4 weeks and its wonderful. I am able to be there to let them in and then I leave for work and come home to a spotless home that is clean and fresh! I feel like the services are a little pricey compared to others, BUT the professionalism and attention to detail is something I haven't seen with other companies. The 2-3 ladies typically get our entire house clean in about 2 hours and they bring all their own supplies. Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

You seriously can't go wrong with hiring this cleaning crew. They are AWESOME!! They bring their own cleaning supplies, vacuum etc. Obviously will use whatever you would like them to use. They are so thorough, detailed oriented ....I would say meticulous. I have had OTHER cleaning companies/cleaners. I usually find spots FROM OTHER CLEANING SERVICES not dusted/ vacuumed...etc. Upon my inspection with Dolly's after their cleaning, there are rarely any areas needing to be cleaned or retouched. They are perfectionist and do an awesome job. Just so happy I found them on Angie's List!

I used Dolly's Maid Service LLC. They were awesome. I give them so many kudos. We have them come every four weeks. I am partially disabled so I have them do the most of the work. They are very thorough. They're an A+++++. I have recommended them to so many of my friends.

PHENOMENAL! They work very hard from the first minute to the last, not rushing, but working consistently while they're there. They're incredibly polite and deferential to my Mom, who hasn't had a cleaning service in 40+ years (since my siblings and I were young kids). It became time to bring in some outside help to allow my Mom to retain her independence, and they've been nothing but respectful, professional, pleasant and incredibly effective! The house absolutely sparkles, my Mom feels safe and well cared for. We have the same crew every 2 weeks, and they're very open to adding 1 time or occasional projects when other parts of their regular cleaning are less necessary (unused bedrooms, for example). It gives my siblings and me some peace of mind knowing that Mom's home is as clean today as she used to keep it in her heyday! Thanks, Chari and Crew! You're consummate professionals.

Best Service Ever. It was moving day we had everyone scheduled to come that day...movers, Dolly Maid Service (Shari & Jessica), new furniture delivery, mattress delivery, cable set-up. I ran out and my husband showed them in and they immediately got started. When I came in Shari immediately said "HI Sandy". I was impressed by the personal greeting. I also notice the fresh smell walking into the house. The house we purchased was empty for 1 year and though in good condition had not been cleaned in that year. Shari and Jessica jumped right in and scrubbed a year's worth of dirt, grim, and g*** from every room without compliant. We had great conversations with them, though trying not to disturb them too much from their job at hand. They were courteous to ask it they could get up on counters to reach high spots and such. They showed us the bad areas before and after which we were amazed how we doubted would come clean and they did...when they moved the refrigerator it must of had years of gunk under it. It was disgusting what was under it, yet they amazingly got it clean. The 50+ yr old vinyl kitchen tile floor appeared to need to be replaced A.S.A.P. But after they cleaned it, it actually shined which bought us time to get the new floor. The hardware on the kitchen cabinets were dingy and discolored and they scrubbed them with a toothbrush and they actually shined. The bathroom shined beautifully. They wiped down the closets and windows and siles. After 6 hours of intense cleaning Shari and Jessica asked if there was anything else they could do. I said they could sign me up for monthly cleaning service. If you want a dependable, thorough, professional, personable service then call Dolly Maid Service. You will be very impressed and happy and you too will have a new monthly service in your life too. In my opinion, they are the Best!!

They were really good at cleaning. It was just that they dumped us because we were too far. We were getting them every week but they were really pricey. We found them on Angie’s List. They did a deal with me if I were to get the maid service every week. However they brought along more maids than I anticipated so it’s really expensive. It’s like $260–some every week. I’m not a millionaire so I told them that I have to cut back. I did it for 2 months but then I still have to cut back, and they said they can’t afford to come out that far. We are a long way from them. I said it was okay. They were very professional and very punctual. They were really high priced. Every time I tried to get a hold of her, she was really responsive. They were great. They were just so far away. It wasn’t worthwhile for them to come down so far.

It went okay. It was a large crew of people, instead of just one or two people. There were about three people and I have a condo. I bought a $101 big deal for this service. I would prefer there not be a lot of people. Their price is fine. They were good on responsiveness. I would use them again if there was only one person.

The cleaners were right on time and had extensive and very appropriate equipment including a very nice and effective vacuum. They did not hesitate to get right to work and used every minute very well. Thank you!

Fantastic! Chari and her crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job with a whole house cleaning in an hour and a half. They did everything I asked and then some... my house has not looked this clean since we moved into. Will definitely use again! Great job!

We are selling our house and wanted a professional cleaning job carried out in these 4 rooms prior to listing. Sherry and her team turned up on time and set to work immediately. They managed to remove lime scale and calcified deposits from the bathroom surfaces that we were not. The lady in the kitchen made our cooker look like new and made the cupboard surfaces look much better than they had in years. This was excellent work, I would use them again and I would recommend them and their service.

I’m using them because I didn’t find anybody else recommended and didn’t do anything to look for anybody else at that time.

With three kids and both parents working we've had a tough time keeping our house clean. Our new year resolution was to get ourselves back on track. We checked Angie's List and found Dolly's. We have used cleaning services before but none have really been up to par, especially given the cost. Chari and her team are very detailed-oriented and committed to providing an exceptional result. I am extremely impressed with the work they do and the immediate and very visible improvements they made. We are going to a bi-monthly service relationship and we couldn't be more pleased.

Not well. There definitely was a misunderstanding about how long the groupon coupon was for and how many workers. I explained on the phone I primarily wanted the baths and kitchen done and then any vacuuming if there was time left. I came home as they were finishing and could tell the owner was just plain angry...she said she couldn't get to the family room as " the dust is an inch thick in there". Believe me it was not and she could have just said they ran out of time and that would have been fine. I had cash for all 3 I was going to tip with, but this nasty comment made me just let them go. The work they did was just ok.
