Description of Work: Stay as far away as possible from this contractor. All those who bought Stanek Windows have been given the shaft by this company. Stanek replacement windows were sold to us with a warranty that was good for the time we spent in our home and ten years to the new owner of our home after it sold. Great Day Improvements bought only the assets of Stanek Windows and our warranty is now non existent. Thousands of previous Stanek Window customers have been shafted as Great Day. Improvements either will not honor the Stanek warranty or for some, it has been changed dramatically. Dpending on when your purchase was made. This warranty information was provided by their customer service department when we recently called for service when a seal broke on one of our Stanek windows.

Description of Work: We wanted Patio Enclosures to come out and give us an estimate for a sunroom, but they were so insistant that both of us be home to hear their salespitch, that we weren't able to schedule anything. We could not work around my husband's schedule, and I would be the one paying and making the decision, so it was unreasonable that they have this "policy." We just felt like all they would do is grill us and give us a salespitch, and clearly their emphasis was on that, rather than listening to what we wanted. If we wanted only one of us to be there, then it's our choice and not theirs.
