Very well, we are very happy with the finished product.

They returned my call promptly, showed up when they said they would, and were very professional. I would recommend them to others. Their price is a little high, but their work is worth it.

Patio Enclosures Inc., had a very competitive price. We're very happy with the quality of the sunroom. When they started, the first crew was very enthusiastic and gung-ho. As the job went on, the time spent here started declining. They would come from 9:30 to 3:00 with an hour lunch. A job that should have taken 4 days, took 8.

They were always on time and finished exactly when they said they would. They had very competitive prices. The only thing I didn't like was that a couple of things weren't done exactly like I wanted them. They fixed them though, at no extra charge.

Jim Burger was in charge of the job and he was on site and wonderful to work with. They were a really nice company to deal with. It did take a little while to get everything ordered because it was going to match my house, but they did work efficiently. And it was not their fault because it had to be ordered. I would definitely use the company again. The patio is beautiful and I as completely satisfied with everything that they did for me.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, POLITE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE HAD ONE LEAK, AFTER A BIG STORM, AND WE CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE LEAK.

The price was a little steep, but it was worth it as the end result was a nice room. They were very professional and always answered all the questions I had, both before and after they were done.

Overall they are prompt and professional. Good company to work with.

Salesman came out to our house. Was very low pressure. Worked with us to get the sunroom we wanted within our budget. Took about 5-6 weeks from our order to have the sunroom built and ready to be installed. Installation went as planned. About a week after installing the sunroom we had a ceiling leak. They were very prompt in coming out and fixing it.

Project went well, although we had to wait quite some time between signing the contract and project completion (3 months).

I thought they did a great job. We love the sunroom. They were in everyday on time. They all work diligently to get it done. They were polite and courteous in my home. I would highly recommend this company to others.

The sunroom was completed in just about two weeks. I have not found any leaks in any of the windows or anything either. When they installed it, they were very respectful of our home and our time. It is just beautiful.

There were really no problems with the actual quality of the work that was done. We had a little problems with the way that this company handled their time. They took a longer time than expected to complete the work. The price also seemed high as well and that is why I probably would not use them again.

I am 100% satisfied with this company and our new sunroom. They were able to build it over our existing patio which saved us a lot of money doing it that way. I feel the price was quite fair considering it has extras like lighting and electrical outlets making it a complete room for year round usage.

What had attracted me the most about this company was that they are not a very big company at all. I like the smaller companies. They seem to do a better job. The workers here were very nice and I have nothing bad to say about them at all. We had some hail damage done to the patio and they came right out, found the damage and fixed it. They also found some damage that they had done when laying the patio and they fixed that as well.

We enjoy using this room a great deal. It is quite comfortable in winter. In the summer, the windows open and all the screens let the fresh air in. I can say it took about four days for them to assemble it once it arrived. They are very time efficient. It only took them about thirty days to completely construct our new room and have it installed.

The workmanship and the finished product are excellent! The installers were fantastic. They left the area cleaner than when they found it! I'm delighted with the enclosure and very satisfied with the service I received. However, the price, in my opinion, was very high. In spite of the high cost, I would still highly recommend them and use them again myself.

Patio Enclosures Inc did a good job. They worked steadily throughout the day once they got here. However, they did order the wrong sized windows, so that caused delays. Then when we were waiting for the new ones, it rained and flooded the room.

I was informed that the person that assisted us (not Carol Hronek) was no longer there and she had completely mishandled the paperwork. Imagine my surprise. I was told that I should have called sooner. I informed them that I was the customer and that they should have called me. We had to do all the work. Apparently, Patio Enclosure feels that it is completely up to the customer to initiate all questions and completely not their responsibility to notify of any problems with the order. Very slipshod operation, very uncaring no matter how much or little you spend with them. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend them to anyone even though my problem was resolved, supposedly. I am to receive the ottomans on Thursday June 22, 2006. We'll see. Very disappointing, given their extensive advertising.

They were absolutely wonderful. They're so well organized, and we are very pleased with it. They're efficient, and they do everything they say they will. It's really beautiful, and it's fun to entertain there.

Very prompt and on time estimate preparation. Little bit of a hard sell by the rep (the usual sign now for best price) but he was friendly and helpful in explaining options. Work was undertaken according to a schedule (and met that schedule). Good price and quality of sliding doors. Worker clean up could have been better as some small sharp shards of cut aluminum were left in the vicinity. Will use again though if needed.

Because of the problems we can not recommend. 1) Deposit was given and no followup contact-we had to call them 5 weeks later-salesman dropped out immediately-bad attitude-just gave us a tel number to call 2) Told we would see more detailed plans-never shown to us 3) Workers damaged Pella window frames on ladders and denied. Finally repaired by Pella but does not look right-asked for foreman to come out-never saw him after the first day-Dan was rude on the phone until he came out and was shown the damage and photos we took before start with no damage 4) Concrete workers washed tub out onto custom brick patio that now has concrete stains which have to wear off 5) Concrete workers washed out truck in our driveway and left mess 6) Electrician not professional- argued with me about the back up exhaust system that was not working-said we had to pay him when guarantee was in place 7) No person in charge-made it difficult to get answers-always had to start from square 1

Patio Enclosures did an excellent job. A friend told us about the company and suggested we use them. Since then, we have told several friends about them, too. The price was good and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to put a deck or patio onto their home.

The addition of this sunroom added a great deal of enjoyment to our home. The area tended to be a focus of entertainment and allowed an 'out of doors' feeling while being in a climate controlled environment!

Patio Enclosures did a good job for us however there is always room for improvement. We are very pleased with how the sun roof turned out. They came out and went over the plans with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had no problems and they cleaned up well. The room fits well and looks how we wanted it.
