We are very happy with our service. We used to have water trouble, but now it has been 5 years that we've had Ohio State Waterproofing, and we have felt safe and protected. During big rain storms, we still rush to the basement to check the floors and the sump pump, and there is always a sigh of relief when we arrive and everything looks fine. Cost of annual insurance is very reasonable.

Ohio State Waterproofing honors their lifetime warranty. I had waterproofing done and water-filled my crawl space several months afterward. Upon further inspection, the sump pump pit and battery backup container were filled with water too. They came back out and replaced the sump pump and the battery. The same thing happened a few months after that and they came out again and sent a veteran employee to inspect. He advised moving the sump pump into the crawl space instead of leaving it outside. They have scheduled to come back to do this work. It is not their fault that this keeps happening as the sump pump was sitting directly in the path of the water table.

They resolve all of our issues and our basement has been dry for over seven years!

When we took over a different home we realized we were not going to be able to swab out the basement every time it rained. Se contracted with Ohio State Waterproofing to take care of our basement which they did quickly and efficiently. They were respectful of our property and made certain all the carpeted areas were covered with a protective plastic. Thru the years we kept up the minimal fee for insurance and have never regretted it since it gave us a sense of security. We needed help twice with the sump pumps and each time a service person arrived promptly and took care of things without an additional fee being levied. the work was done so well and by professional people that we have never hesitated in recommending them to our friends and neighbors and several have taken our say so and had their jobs taken care of. Just a couple of weeks ago some friends had their lower 2 levels taken care of by this company on our recommendation and it was a huge job. But it also was done efficiently and as quickly as possible. Again with the same concern and care done with our home. I will continue to recommend them.

I called Ohio State Waterproofing to repair a basement dehumidifier. It was a very easy transaction. Work was completed quickly and with no hassle.

Ohio State Waterproofing came out and did a ton of work to our basement three years ago this week and it is so nice to not have a waterfall coming down our walls. Although not a cheap fix, it has been worth it to have a dry basement.
