We are very please that Ohio State Waterproofing was the company we selected to water proof our basement in 1994. We have had no problems with water in our basement , they had to replace two sump pumps without any hassle. They respond quickly when we had to call them. The Warrenty is great. No regrets 27 years later.

I didnâ t really believe the hype when I inherited the transferable warranty upon buying our house, and was skeptical with the yearly payments to maintain the warranty. When I called about an issue, however, they came out and fixed the issue in a relatively timely manner. They dug and sealed the crack, and also replaced a failing sump pump. All this made me appreciate the warranty much more! Their customer service line and manager proved to be quite helpful

Ohio State Waterproofing has done many things in my home. The prior owners had the basement waterproofed many years ago and the warranty is transferable, so we have been the benefactors of a dry basement. I have had them install the stable-wall product to stop the cracking in my basement walls. This is a very good product and the walls look amazing and are stronger than steel when OSW is finished with the job. It is a good product and I highly recommend if you have any issues with bowing or cracking of your basement walls.

We had a damp basement with standing water in some spots. Had Ohio State waterproofing come out and install new footer tile and sump pump. They sent a large crew who knocked out the job in no time. Five years later, basement is still dry.

Ohio State Waterproofing did a great job waterproofing my basement over a decade ago, and the basement is still totally dry. They also honor their warranty for any issues and address problems right away.

As you know I could have been your worst customer. I was debating renting a mini track and doing this myself. I am very knowledgeable and very OSD which creates high expectations for your company. I had decided that I just didnâ t want to mess with it at my age. I manage the Homeowner Service Department / warranty for 200 plus homes for a home builder for 25 years now. I have personally rented a mini track and dug up and re-waterproofed some of our homes when I was in the field . We actually had our own water proofing division before the market crash and we still have 5 water proofing trades that do our new construction homes. With that being said I have to tell you I had some sleepless nights worrying after signing the contract with Ohio state Waterproofing. Your Crew of 4 that was at home have exceeded my expectations far as the quality of work. It is also refreshing at their age to see how hard they worked every day and they actually cared about the owners property and belongings. They are a amazing crew and function as a team threw out all the processes and fazes of the scope of work at hand. I cannot stress enough what a great team these 4 are together. The specific job I had done is not listed. I had 2 of my basement walls stabilized a few years back. I never heard of this but took a chance and so far it is great. They did not try to sell me a 4 wall job as I only needed 2 walls done. I was told in the future if I notice a change in the other 2 walls I can have them done. I feel so much better now that it is done.

Our foundation was done by them when we purchased our home. We had continued the warranty every year and had a concern. They came out and took care of the warranted issue. They were pleasant and we are extremely happy with their service. We highly recommend them!

I had basement waterproofed and ez breath system installed. Best money I ever spent basement is dry and odor free. I did have a concern with some moisture spots about a year later they came out inspected and solve the issue no charge thanks to the warranty. Very good company they are there for the customer.
