The sales rep was knowledgeable and not pushy. the workers who performed the waterproofing were friendly, courteous, and efficient. They took care to protect the carpets and walkways as they accessed the basement.

We hired Ohio State Waterproofing to waterproof our home in the early 1990's based on recommendations from friends. Nearly 25 years later we remain completely satisfied with the work that was performed and the value for our money. Our basement became usable again. We have had them out to service a leak once and it turned out that it was due to me trying to repair a downspout and not correctly doing the work. Ohio State fixed my problem at no charge - customer service at its finest.

It has been well over ten years since Ohio State Waterproofing repaired our foundation walls and waterproofed the basement. It has stayed dried ever since. That's what it is all about.

Ohio State Waterproofing did an excellent job installing their system in our basement. Their installation crew was very concerned about our approval with the system and the care of our home. We had the basement waterproofed inside and out. Ohio state Waterproofing repaired the cracks, sealed the outside walls, reinforced the walls, and installed a new drain system within the floor. Even after years have passed, I had a broken water line repair and Ohio State Waterproofing came out to reseal the wall at no cost to me. I would sum it up as very good work and very good service!

The project was started and completed with-in the time frame of the contract. The crew was very polite and professional they preformed their work in a timely and positive manner. Clarence the crew foremen was especially helpful in keeping me informed of the step by step daily progress of the installation

Very professional and accommodating. When they had to dig outside the house and they used the neighbor's driveway; the neighbor did not want the dirt left on his driveway so Jay (the leader) call for help. They were able to remove the dirt and cleaned the driveway before the neighbor came home.

We had our basement waterproofed inside and out. I was very happy with the crew that we had. They were on time each day and made sure I knew exactly what they would be doing everyday. I did have some outdoor lights that got damaged but Ohio State paid to replace them. It was a bigger mess then I was expecting but overall the crew cleaned up the best the could.

OSW was very thorough in regard to what my basement really needed and I appreciated the full honesty in terms of the project and the price it cost to do it.

Ohio State Waterproofing came to my house close to 20 years ago and they have been wonderful about coming back when there are slight problems.

I had my basement of my 80 year old house waterproofed 10 years ago. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service at the company. They did a great job. I will admit that it was very pricey to do and there were 2 small things that I was slightly disappointed in for the cost. 1. The tape they used to put plastic down peeled the paint off of my stairs and the neighboring wall. I had to repaint all of that after the job was done. 2. The concrete they poured along all walls of course didn't match the other and it just looked bad. For the cost, it would've been nice to complete the job by adding a sealer and fresh coat of floor paint to the entire floor. Everything else was great and customer service is wonderful. I'd definitely reccomend them!

I am happy with the work they done. We had some heavy rain and I didn't have any water. The only thing was they took my drain lid It was there before they cleaned up and I notice it was gone when they were done. They did get me another one but it is plastic and doesn't fit right. I wanted the foreman to put it on my paper work about it missing and he wouldn't do it. He just said He told his boss. And I had a bucket with things in it and they dumped the stuss out and used it without me knowing it. I seen it was gone before they left and they gave me another one. After they left I notice that it was not the same one. This ha a broken handle and there is a label on it which mine didn't have. And the tile is broken on in my regular subpump that I can't prove they did it, But there were big pieces of concrete in the hole I had to clean out. Other then that I am happy with job. C.B. I had my basement waterproofed many years ago (almost 30!) Over the years the basement has had various issues, such as a failed sump pump, or a new leak. Thanks to the lifetime service warranty, each problem has been fixed. The workers were always on time and thorough. I am glad I have kept the service going. I would recommend.

This review is more in regard to the long term service agreement. My basement was waterproofed by Ohio State more than 25 years ago! Yes, it is still in good working order. At first, I wasn������������������������t too keen on the annual service fee...that is until I really needed it! They have been back to my home now on a number of occasions to reinstall sump pumps, unclog the drainage, etc. Great service, good reliable workers. I would recommend them.

Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and kind. We have a busy household with kids running around and we had lots of questions too. Everyone was so patient with everything! They arrived on time, we're friendly, cleaned up every day. It was great. We really felt like we always knew what was going on at all times.

Can't say enough about these folks; professional, courteous and prompt. Have had them out twice since our initial waterproofing two years ago to handle minor work and they responded promptly. I live in a flood plain and it's good to know our home is protected against water damage. I'm confident that anyone purchasing their services will not be disappointed.

The owner came we show them the problem we were having they ask for $6000 but we shop around and we said no we can get this done in less money so negociate with us for paying them cash for less. Next thing there crew came and waterproof our one wall but not the way it supposed to they said waterproof behind the stairs eventually the water is still coming in through the stairs and there was no clean up after work was done the owner was only worried about his money that's all, we were not there when the work was done and he was so rude.

We are not ready to submit a review on this company as work is not scheduled to be started until the end of April. The initial meeting with the company representative was satisfactory. The company provided us with the EZ Breathe air exchange system and were prompt in installing the system. We are looking forward to having the remainder of the work completed and will submit a more detailed review at that time.

The first salesman drew up everything they would do for us, when I asked him for the paperwork he refused to give it to me. A few days later "his Boss" called us to come over. When he did come over he said he would do the work that the first salesman layed out. He also told us that we could be put on a waiting list and save $2,000!!!! He bullied us into signing a contract right then - the "discount" would not be available after that day. They took longer than quoted, cracked my driveway, destroyed our shrubs and flowers, never even filled the hole they dug. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEM - IT IS NOT WORTH THE $$$ - FIND SOMEONE ELSE

I am very surprised, that this company is rated high. The first salesman tried to high pressure me and my wife into signing a contract for 13,000 dollars. The second salesman called my wife and indicated that he was in need of business and ready to give us a substantial discount. The second guy promised to tie in a drainage system, interior and exterior, install a Breathrite ventilation system in the basement, excavate the walls to the footer where needed and a number of other verbal commitments at a price of 10,500 dollars if we signed and accepted the work schedule to be at Ohio States convenience. We signed an agreement BIG MISTAKE..

THE MEN WERE ALWAYS ON TIME...BE IT GETTING TO OUR HOME, OR WITH ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS. THEY WERE ALWAYS PATIENT AS WELL. THEY ALWAYS MADE US FEEL LIKE IT WAS A TEAM PROJECT!

Overall, good experience thus far. My storm door was injured while the workers were here and they have promised to pay for the repairs. They are closed between Christmas and New Years so the verdict is still out as to how smooth that process will be, meanwhile we went through the holidays with a malfunctioning storm door. It is difficult to rate a basement waterproofing so soon after completion. It is also a disadvantage to have this done in the winter in Ohio. There may also be some landscaping needed come spring. Will follow up.

As of this time, I am satisfied with the work done. Larry the foreman and his entire team were polite and seemed to work efficiently together. They were very good about cleaning up after they were done with the job. So far, so good.
