I live in an area where there are a lot of springs. As a result of this I suffered with a wet basement quite often especially in the spring. Ohio State Home Services analyzed my problem and then fixed it. I now have three sump pumps and a dry basement.

Dejuans team were all very professional, polite and worked their butts off. They were done in two days. They put down floor protection, moved stuff out of the way since we were not able to. They put plastic down on the lawn so there was no mess in the grass when they left. Everything in the basement was cleaned and they left the floor cleaner than they found it. We did a walk around before they left and they explained everything they did and made sure they explained everything they were going to do. They had supervisors show up mid work to check up on how things were going. They were all nice to the dogs. I kept my German Shepherd on a leash most of the first day only because she would have made a run for it if a squirrel had caught her eye. We are pleased with the work they did.

I had new tile laid around outside and inside of one basement wall over 5 years ago. I also had the sump pump replaced and added a battery back up pump. I kept the warranty current and this year both pumps stopped working. I called to get the pumps replaced and they sent someone right out and replaced them without question. This company is very easy to work with.

I had water coming thru my basement wall. After 3 estimates went with ohio State. They dug a trench in the basement and installed sump pump. Also dug two feet down on outside about 40 ft long. Three days later after a rain the wall was wet again. A supervisor cane and advised digging again outside only deeper and putting more waterproofing on wall. When they got to the French drains, found pipe blocked . They stopped there and called the office . Because the downspout were connected to the French drain, they refused to do any more. I still had a wet wall. I had to hire someone else to replace 40 feet of French drain and now have a useless sump pump in my basement.

We hired Ohio State Waterproofing many years ago to fix a problem we were having with our basement wall. They did an excellent job and we would definitely hire them again if we have any future problems.

We checked out several firms before selecting Ohio State Waterproofing. They presented us with several options and we are very happy with the results. Our century house is now snug and dry. We never knew how much water was flowing through the ground until the system was in place and we could hear the sump running. The solution has been in place since Fall 2012. Worth every penny!

They did an excellent job ion waterproofing my basement and completed it very quickly. I pay $40/year for warranty and it is the best investment. The work was done more than 20 years ago, and they have only had to do additional work 2 times. For an old house and old basement, that is very good.

They had quite a crew working inside and outside the house. Outside they dug down filled cracks and applied waterproofing on the cinder-block. Inside the basement the crew was busy waterproofing the basement walls. They were all very hard workers and courteous as well. Good company.
