I had my basement waterproofed about 23 years ago by Ohio state Waterpoofing and I had one small problem around 18 years ago, I called customer service and they schedule me for service the very next day, after that I had no more problems at all from then on, I am very happy with Ohio state Waterproofing outstanding company.

I had them for quite a few years and anytime something would come up and I called they were so great to work with and resolve any problem that came up. Great group of people to deal with from the front office to the workers. I really recommend them.

My basement was flooded! After Ohio State Waterproofing installed a sump pump in the basement, dug exterior trenches around the basementâ s perimeter and interior drainage the basement has not had a leak or musty smell in 8 years! Iâ m happy with the service they provided!

Moved into a home a few years ago and they did Ohio State waterproofing, since we have moved in we have not had one problem. When we thought we might have an issue they came out right away to check it. While there they made sure everything looked good and luckily the issue was not anything about water proofing it was our own error ( first time home owners) The Staff was extremely nice and educating.

Had our basement waterproofed by Ohio State Home Services in May 1991. One break thru in 2012. they immediatly came out , inspected and repaired. Wonderful company and people to work with.

We hired Ohio Waterproofing MANY years ago. They were quick, neat, and efficient. After a few years, we had a moisture problem with one corner of our basement. They came right back out and re-did the job on that part of the basement, no questions asked. We have not had a problem since with any moisture. They definitely honor their warranty. Anytime we have called, they have responded quickly and their customer service reps are friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this company and have done so numerous times over the years. You get what you pay for!!!!!! I would recommend the company

I purchase my house and had the warranty transferred. I have peace of mind and appreciate the service. I had an issue with the sump pump not working. They came and replaced the float switch and everything works great. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. It is very hard to find a company today that stands behind their work, you can trust Ohio State Waterproofing.

We had Ohio State Waterproofing waterproof our basement in 2017. Before Ohio State Waterproofing, our basement was full of mold, mildew, cracked and shifting foundation walls, and standing water. Ohio State Waterproofing did a FANTASTIC job of solving our water issues. We paid extra to have the mold resistant white wall panels installed, and I have never regretted that decision. The basement always looks bright, dry, and doesn't smell anymore. We pay the warranty renewal fee every year and we are happy to do it because we trust that this company will always take care of us as valued customers!

We just bought a new home in Ohio, the previous owners had Ohio State Water proofing done in the basement, everything transferred over to us the new owners of the house. The Basement remains dry as a bone. I would recommend them to anyone one who has a house. The extra living space is great. The pice of mind of having dry storage space is a big relief..

Work was done on time and on budget with no extra charges. They cleaned up well when they were done. Have to call them back 5+ years later to fix a small problem. They sent out an inspector who agreed that is was part of the warranty. An employee was sent out a week later to fix the issue sat no cost to me. The annual Master Service Warranty is worth every penny for the piece of mind I have.
