These young men worked very hard both inside and out in one of the hottest weeks of summer yet there were no complaints. They were really nice and worked well together. The foreman apprised me of every step beforehand. Any issue I had management was very helpful in resolving. They prove why they are #1.

They were prompt, courteous and respected all my needs. They went above and beyond to correct the problem. Work was completed in Wadsworth Ohio.

OhioStateWaterproofing was outstanding from the explanation at the start of the process of our basement waterproofing by the foreman, Jay. His crew were excellent, hard workers especially under the weather conditions. They were respectful of our house, covered our wood floors, moved heavy pieces and asked at any step of the process if we needed anything specific done. They removed the old original dual laundry tub which was cement, carried it out and removed it. While the entire process was overwhelming, we felt confident from beginning to end that we chose the right company. OhioStateWaterproofing guarantees we will never have water in the basement again! Highly recommend them with no reservations.

I just can't believe how professional everyone was from the very first young man to the whole crew on the last day. Dealing with so many other company's with such negative reports, Ohio State Waterproofing not only shows how there are decent company's here in Ohio but also wonderful crew of great strength. They all worked in freezing heavy downpour rain, covered in thick clay mud all day long but never once did not smile. It's beyond me how anyone can smile after 8 hrs. These men are just spectacular! If anyone needs this type of work done on their home, don't even think of calling another company, you'll regret it.

While whole house waterproofing is never easy or not costly, this company helps from beginning to end, to make this process easier. From first inspection to the last day of repair they are there to answer any questions or concerns. The whole team worked well together and were very respectful of my home. The amount of work that goes into this project is enormous and not one worker complained. I truly appreciate all the hard work and respect they gave. I highly recommend this company.

The guys did an excellent job! My foreman. Larry Morris, was fantastic and so was his crew. Customer service was fantastic. On top of that, I no longer CRINGE when I go into my basement. There was dry rot, mold, shift in the foundation, and water entering my home. I now have a health environment for me and my children.

Well, it's been almost 3 Yrs. now and still no water in our basement, thanks to Ohio State Waterproofing! My wife and I had a nightmare on our hands, until OSW came to fix the problem. Four days later and the problem was solved by four of the hardest working men ever we watched work! I was so impressed by this company and all of my interactions with them. The rep who came to my home for the initial sales meeting was friendly, professional and very informative. He presented several options and gave us his expert opinion on what would be best for our home. The work crew was timely, clean and knowledgeable. A few weeks after the work was completed it rained for about 4 days straight. There was a trouble spot that I noticed, and the customer service team sent someone right out to assess the problem. Finally, I met today - about 2 months after work was done, with their quality inspector. He came to my home to take pictures and talk with me about my experience to learn if they could improve any aspects of the general experience. I honestly had no negatives to report. I'm just really impressed with the professionalism from start to finish. It really is a small easy detail that sadly a lot of companies miss. Most importantly, my basement is 1000x improved! Ohio State Waterproofing did an extensive waterproofing project around my entire house: dug out the exterior and installed J-Channel drainage and also dug the interior walls to add footer drains, and entirely renovated sump pump system, and an Easy Breathe air filter system. The improvement in the moisture, dampness, odor in the basement was probably 98%. They had to replace the sump pump a few years later and did so without hesitation. The outside entrance to the basement has been a challenge and has been redone twice since the original project and still cannot be resolved, but overall it was a great job and the company has been great to work with and all of the employees I met over three different visits were great. It WAS a very expensive project, though.

Ohio State was great from start to finish. The people who came out to give me a quote were very knowledgeable and helpful. They thoroughly answered all my questions and I decided to have them waterproof my basement. When they did the actual work, the foreman was very friendly and also knowledgeable, having done this work since 1990. He was informative and the crew was very professional. The customer service and follow up from Ohio State after the work, was completed was fantastic. They followed up several times to see if I was satisfied with the work and to see if I had any problems or questions. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for waterproofing. My parents live two streets away, had their basement done in 1993 and have never had any problems since that time. While this is not an inexpensive home improvement, you get a great bang for your buck with Ohio State. The warranty is also great too!

We had our basement waterproofed week of Aug.14,2017. Jim Russell was the foreman and was a pleasure to work with, he treated the crew with respect and was easy to talk to. DeSean Carmichael and Jose Rivara worked tirelessly to get the job done. Jose is one of the hardest workers my husband has ever seen. It was a job well done and they even cleaned up everything when finished. BAM Chesterland

The team was very professional and accommodating. They kept us informed each day what they were doing and if we had any questions or concerns. They went out of their way to make sure they were not in our way too much. They cleaned up each day and made sure when they were done everything was put back .

Ohio State Waterproofing have been SO professional, thorough, respectful and we would use them again if we had to do it all over. Their Foreman, Colin, and his group of workers could not have been nicer, and they were very hardworking! Our city building inspectors gave them a hard time, and they had to return three times to do work that has turned out to be unnecessary, and, in fact, has to be redone (Hauling away too much dirt before it has had a chance to settle naturally) BOTTOM LINE: We recommend them 100% to whomever asks.

Courteous, cleaned up after each day and at end. Efficient.
