Ohio State Waterproofing did my home 5 years ago and I have no complaints and I highly recommend you use this company.

After the work was scheduled and contract signed, They decided I needed three additional expensive projects. They did the additional work [ sub pump, a steel beam and two large fiber sheets] at no additional cost. They warrantied the whole basement even though they did not work on one wall.

OHIO STATE WATERPROOFING is a great company to deal with. There were some issues with the job before them. They solved them all. I would recommend then to anyone who need their services,

When I bought my house 18 years ago it came with the warranty, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. My most recent was this year. We had our baby, and were in the hospital almost a week. When we came back home, we found our pump had been running the entire time we had been gone. We called that evening, and a technician was out the next day. He was very unobtrusive and quickly did everything that needed to be done as we tried to settle in. Luckily, our pump and motor were still good. He was very proactive, and let us know our back-up system needed a new battery and upgrade. He was extremely helpful and checked, and our warranty covered everything and quickly finished the work. It is great having peace of mind knowing the company is honest, quick to respond, and looks out for my family and our best interest.

The staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am worry free about my basement with the waterproofing that was done years ago ! I am very grateful for the quality work that was done !

This was the second home where I had Ohio State Waterproofing come in and do the waterproofing. The sales reps that came for the estimate were helpful and informative. No high pressure, just the ugly facts which I was already aware of or I wouldn't have called. Timothy and his work crew(s) were outstanding! They arrived on time and worked diligently all day. Timothy answered any questions I asked and very patiently cleared up some construction mysteries for me. The entire crew was very polite, cordial, and respectful of my property inside and outside the home. They are here as I write, finishing the job on the fourth day and beginning a very thorough clean-up. The workers, Marquelo-Blake-Corey-Deron-Tiko-Chester, did an amazing job and we re super helpful! They answered all my questions, walked me through the process step-by-step, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They treated my home as if it was their own and clean up any mess everyday before they left. They were all so very polite even answer the questions my children had for them. When it came to getting my WiFi part set up they handled it all for me! The person who actually came out and did the quote for my house didn t add in some of the stuff he told me would be warranted and these guys made sure that error was corrected with no fuss. I appreciated that!

Although the initial waterproofing was satisfactory, I was not impressed with my property on the whole. There was litter left on my property such as rubber gloves, a one gallon bottle of water, breathing masks, and left over gravel and cement in the driveway. No attempt was made to look over the property to be sure things were picked up, or rinsed off, such as the cement residue.

We hired Ohio State Waterproofing to waterproof our basement. It was a major job which they completed smoothly and on time. I was impressed with all their staff, their process, the quality of the work, and the warranty. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

After 20k and 3 trips out, our basement still floods. If there was a way for me to post pictures or videos, I would show how the basement floods.

We had a wonderful experience with the ohio state waterproofing company. The initial inspection was through. We signed up for the on call program and was able to get the project done a month ahead of initial set up date. The crew showed up on time. As first time homeowners of old house we have had our fair share of home repairs . the ohio state waterproofing's work crew demonstrated how a good team works. Our foreman, Marquelo Suel was so patient and available to answer many questions.his and tyler Rood's crew worked hard and efficiently the whole process. Marq communicated with us on progress and explained each step. There was no surprises or miscommunication. Marq and Tyler went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. They stayed behind to make sure the site was clean and even took care of a freezer left behind by the previous owners. They made the process as easy as possible. And as mom of two young children, I really appreciated the considerations shown by Marq. Thank you!

The crew they sent did an amazing job. It was an 1800 square foot inside job, and they dug up around my house by hand too. It was a lot of hard work and I never heard them complain. They were done in roughly 3.5 days. The crew was very polite and respectful. They walked me through the steps and even encouraged me to ask questions. I don't think I could be happier.

Since this was my second home that needed waterproofing I knew Ohio State Waterproofing was the company for us. Jay was the foreman and always took the time to explain everything to me and always answered my questions in terms that I could understand. The crew was always polite and courteous and on time everyday. They never complained about crawling and digging under my large deck or about the very thick cement in the basement. This project price was quite expensive but worth to do it. This project is life time warranty on it.
