We had our basement waterproofed over 10 years ago by OHIO STATE WATERPROOFING. Our basement constantly got wet whenever it rained. There were times we had actual puddles. Once we had our basement waterproofed by this company, we instantly had no more issues. It is a comfort in knowing that we do not have to worry about mold, musty smell, or any water problems anymore. And, they have a lifetime warranty on the their work. We had one time we needed to call them about the pump that was installed quit working. They came out immediately and fixed the problem at no charge. Excellent company with an excellent reputation that they back up. I would highly recommend them.

When you have an emergency they come soon as possible even the same day

I was very happy with the results. I have not had any water in my basement the whole time I have lived here since 1984. I really canâ t say enough about their work, my sump pump has never even came on, I have to test it occasionally.

Ohio State Waterproofing did a professional job. The work was done over 15 years ago and the only time we had a problem, we called them on a Sunday morning and a technician came within 90 minutes to correct the issue which just turned to be a loose hose on the sump pump. Have had no problem since then

After having another company do a poor job of waterproofing our basement and having it fail, we hired Ohio State Waterproofing to redo it and we could not have more pleased with the job they did. They were fast and efficient and did a really decent job of cleaning up afterwards. We were also extremely impressed with the knowledge they demonstrated on the initial inspection.

I had our basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing in September of 2014. The installation crew was very careful and clean and did a very good job. I have had no problems with the system since it was installed and my basement has stayed dry. Also musty smells were eliminated. This past September (2020) was very rainy and the sump pump ran almost continuously for several weeks with no problems. And this company offers a life time guaranty that is transferable to future owners of the home. Also, they have been around for over 30 years, so they can back up that guaranty.

From original inspector, to Customer service, the wonderful workmen; I couldn't be happier. Both inside and out was done efficiently and they were so very careful. I have been bone dry since 2013 and I am very happy. I would recommend Ohio State Waterproofing highly! They stand behind their work! You will never regret hiring OSW!!!!! Due to my basement continuously getting wet after heavy rains I contacted Ohio State Waterproofing. They came out did an inspection of both my basement and outside drainage and offered a plan to help eliminate the problem. That was back in 1993. The work was done, and I have been very pleased since. Over the past 27 years, I have had a couple of sump pumps replaced and a couple of areas of drain pipes cleaned out, but it was all done at no cost due to the warranty. I enthusiastically recommend this company for wet basements. They are definitely true to their word.

I have had Ohio State waterproofing for 27 years. This was money well spent on my basement. I have never had a problem with my basement leaking. The only time I have used my warranty is when my sump pump goes out. Their service department and customer service is awesome as well.

It's been about 8 years since our basement was waterproofed. Have had no problems whatsoever. We often say what a good investment this was when it's raining!

More than 20 years ago, my husband and I hired Ohio State Waterproofing to waterproof our entire basement. The basement continues to be dry. Ohio State Waterproofing has been out once---to replace a sump pump (free of charge, I might add). I have recommended Ohio State Waterproofing to neighbors, and recently they hired Ohio State and are happy they did. I continue with the coverage, which remains the same as it was from the very beginning.

We purchased our century + home in 2005. The previous owner used Ohio State Waterproofing to waterproof the basement. We were able to continue the coverage and to date we have had no issues with water in our basement. There customer service is amazing and if we ever move will be hire them immediately!!

Ohio State Waterproofing was upfront about all aspects of the project. They laid out the cost and the quality of the work along with the warranty they provide before I agreed / signed up to do the project. The crew was very professional and completed the work in under the estimated time. I had interior drainage installed in my basement and outside drainage around my foundation. They also repaired a step-crack in my block foundation wall. I am very happy with their work and have not had any issues with it since it was complete.
