Description of Work: Do not fall for their scam of bringing the water into your house to just pump it out. They will also send out their enforcer to try and intimidate you into signing the contract. Stay away from them!

Description of Work: He came out and said that he would not give an estimate without a man being present. When I called the company to complain, I was laughed at. They did offer to reschedule with the man of the house. I kindly asked them to get off of my property.

Description of Work: From the sales process to the execution of the project they were professional and fair. |This was a substantial project for us as we had both internal and external waterproofing done. They worked very efficiently and maintained a clean worksite. I would highly recommend them for any waterproofing project.

Description of Work: When I first called to schedule an appointment, they insisted that my wife be present for their sales presentation. I explained that I would be selecting the contractor and executing the contract and that my wife would not be available. I had to repeat this twice more before they would agree to come out. When I spoke with the staff again the day before the meeting to confirm the appointment they again insisted that my wife be present. I again explained to them that she would prefer not to be involved but they again insisted and refused to come to perform an estimate without her.

Description of Work: We had an estimate appointment. I should have known to check the list first!! I was a little concerned when making the appointment as the person on the phone was insistent that my husband be home (I make ALL these types of decisions since I work from home and coordinate these projects). But I didn't listen to my gut and kept the appointment. The gentleman who cam seemed nice enough but he had a script and it was long!! We have done so much research we know what we need we just wanted an estimate. After his picture taking, ridiculous mold test (we see the mold with our own eyes that is why we know we need to fix our water problem!!), and description of a system that seems to not fix our problem we got a figure. SO high that I actually laughed out loud! Then came they buy today and we can give you X or Y discount. That did it. I won't hire a company that tries to hard sell me on a $18,000 project!! So disappointed in a "reputable" company....I would never use or recommend them!
