After discussing this with the men, my husband and I decided to go ahead and have the gutter work done on the front and back roof of the house. They did really great work without any mess. Repaired and replaced gutters that had been installed wrong. Replaced rotted wood and generally cleaned gutters not replaced as yet. That will be in the future when I am out of debt again! They worked quickly and professionally. I will definitely have them again! Thank you.

Several years back I purchased a K-Gard Gutter system from a another company ... which has since stopped installing/servicing K-Gard. In Spring a tree limb came down, denting the cover of one of the gutters. In June I had this firm come out to give me an estimate to replace the cover. They said there was a $500.00 minimum for ANY SERVICE. Take this into consideration if you are thinking to install a K-Gard system. | |Come Fall this company offered an Angie's List special - $100 for $200 in service or 12' of gutter. I purchased two coupons and asked if they would honor forming a matching cover for 23' of existing gutter. Everyone with this firm were great people, but each time we booked a date I would be juggled from office to sales to get more information and then pushed to the back of the line again for a 2-3 week wait. The third time this happened I pointed out the right & left hand didn't know what was going on and I wanted a firm install date set with all parties that would not change. | |I expected someone the following week, but with no advance notice the installer arrived 7:00AM Monday morning. Fifteen minutes later and I would have been gone for the day. The installer was great, everyone was great ... just a little difficult to pin down and if another tree limb dents a gutter I may decide to replace everything with another gutter system w/a guarantee rather than pay the $500.00 minimum.

They came on time. Worked quickly & efficiently. Explained all that was done & was needed to be done.

They arrived early in the morning and were very efficient in the removal and installation. We had a small problem with a leak after a very hard rain and they came out and fixed the problem.

They did a great job. I'm very pleased with their work. They were responsive and prompt. They communicated very well. The price was reasonable. The gutters are working exactly as they should. So much better than the old gutters that were not draining properly, would fill with debris and were damaged by years of ice damning. We'll see how they do over the ensuing months of snow and ice. So far so good.

Incredibly well. I can't believe the difference visually and in the quality of these gutters compared to our previous one's. Our roof line was very tricky as we have a custom built home with 4 different attics and many different angles outside that required gutters. We had some very tricky intersections, and challenges given the downspouts and our custom concrete patio. These guys were very careful and meticulous in how they installed our new gutters. They worked with us to get the custom color to match our home. We had two challenges where some of our gutters and roof line's intersected. They explained what they were going to do before the tackled that part of the gutter so we understood exactly what they were doing. When it came to the 4 inch downspouts which posed a challenge since a previous contractor had cemented our 3 inch pipe into our concrete patio, they addressed this, explained it and neatly made the adjustments. We knew the intersection area was a challenge, and they told us to watch how is worked when it rained---if we had any issue to call them and they would adjust it more. We did call them, and these guys were great. They immediately came back out quickly and on time to make additional adjustments. Great experience, as often time wiith contactors you have to wait forever or they don't come back. We were so please with the end results. Strongsville city came out to inspect --all very good. We had them back (since they also do roofing work) . We had an area on our uniquely challenged roof line where the roof had lifted up a bit and birds were getting into our attic. They were responsive and followed up by sending their roofing guys, who explained how they would put some bolts and extra metal pieces underneathe to seal the gap. It resolved our problem, plus the work was really neatly done. You can't even tell that there was a fix put in place, they paid attention to the looks as well as insuring the problem was resolved. Really great experience with this company!

They were simply excellent. We are very picky about contractors and it is so difficult to find good contractors. Their price was best compared to other quotes that we got. In addition, thei service was very good. They came on time, cleaned after themselves and even warned our neighbors to move their vehicles. We went with a GAF roof and they provided us 25 year GAF golden pledge warranty. A roof is so much more than just the shingles. They gave us 3 different options and their quote was very detailed and included all details about changing valley flashings, chimney flashing and putting metal in the valleys. Some other providers, who were quoting us more, would commit to giving us new flashings but won't specifically put it in the quote. Mike came for the final inspection and he noticed a damaged gutter from the ladders and he had it changed without us even asking him. He would always take our calls no matter what time and text us right back. These are the right people for your job if you are looking for a good roofing company and their price is as good as others.

The salesman was very personable. I did not feel high pressure. That being said, when I heard the radio advertisement for the gutters being $13.95 per foot installed for my 95 foot of gutters, I compared it to the estimates I received for regular gutters being installed, apx $450, and thought perhaps I could afford the difference. When I received the quote, I thought that the K Gaurd Gutters looked like good quality, and that they would work as advertised. I was quite upset to find that $13.95 per foot included the down spouts and elbows. Really? $13.95 per foot for aluminum tubes? Considering that most houses are going to have a minimum of 4 downspouts at 10 feet each, that each one would be One Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars and 50 cents for each gutter. Really? It doesn't take long for the price to escalate. I just couldn't decide if it felt like I was scammed, or their ad is disingenuous.

They were very responsive and professional. We did not use them because we found another company with a lower price.

We contacted the company, among 2 others, for an estimate on the gutter work. The company quickly responded and came to do an estimate on a Saturday as requested. The company offers a variety of gutters designed to reduce or prevent cleaning from leaves etc. We chose the most expensive gutter, the K guard. The gutter is high quality material, somewhat over sized, and engineered to allow water to enter but not debris. We live in a heavily wooded area and I look forward to these gutters working as described. This same gutter is being on some government buildings in Ohio. The application was somewhat complex, with dormers and water sheds onto adjacent roofs. The company estimated that they could begin work in about 3 weeks from the date of estimate, which they did. They accomplished the job in one day and removed all debris. The job was very professional and I would use them again. We certainly could have chosen a less expensive gutter and provider but are happy with the result so far.

I spoke to the salesman 1st. Agreed to the terms - needed 5" gutters in 1 section, 7" for the rest - 2 separate teams (this was not clear to me at the beginning and there was confusion regarding a small section of over-hang).
