Description of Work: They removed old gutters and installed new. Added downspout to improve drainage. We did not need and therefore didn't buy the leaf protection style of gutter. Their product appeared to be more durable than other company's' products. Their quoted price was nearly the lowest and their product was better. Overall I would use their services again. No complaints and no problems!

Description of Work: I looked at all types and liked theirs the best as they are 5" gutters instead of 3 1/2". Very professional, very costly, but they replace everything; gutters, downspouts, all.

Description of Work: K-Guard installed a complete gutter system on our entire split level home located on a lot with 43 trees. They were very professional, on time for the estimate and installation and realized the person who did the estimate forgot to include a couple of down spouts and the parts that go with them. I asked what the revised price would be and was told we would pay the price on the estimate. The overlooked items were their problem, not mine. How refreshing!!! The entire installation was completed in less than 5 hours, and, other than the new gutters you would never have known anyone had been on our property. Since they have been up, my husband has been trying to find a place where they are clogging up and he will have to do his favorite job and climb on a ladder and unclog it. In spite of all our trees, the gutters are as clean as the day the went up. We highly recommend K-Guard. We shopped all the others and these looked like the best. They are guaranteed forever and if we have to replace the roof, they will come remove the gutters and put them back up when the roof work is done. Many of the other companies configure with roof shingles that could effect any waranty on your roof shingles. THe personnel were very nice and everyone we dealt with knew the product very well. My husband wanted to bet one of the installers that becaues of all our trees we'd be calling them to come unclog our gutters and he said he wouldn't take such easy money. We have yet to call. A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!
