Description of Work: They were super fast at getting back to me to quote the job but said they would call to schedule and since we had an active leak in the roof we would be a priority. After I called 3 times and got no return phone call I went with another company. In March I received a call to schedule. Even if I had a non leaking roof that is far too long to go without communication.

During the winter months we tried to replace the roof as soon as weather permitted. This customer cancelled their contract with us January 14th, 2016. We did not contact the customer after that for an install.

Description of Work: They provided covered gutters on one side of the house. They arranged the downspouts so that they emptied out front (instead of onto the driveway, which leaked into the basement.) Another provider said this couldn't be done. It's working well.
