They were good. They were very flexible in coming out for the consult and the appointment. They helped me make the decision about the gutters I chose. I thought the pricing was good. Everything went pretty well.

Salesperson was nice and informative. Not too much pressure to sign that day. Salesperson was very responsive to my calls with questions in subsequent days. Cost seemed a bit high but the product durability seemed good and warranty and seemed very good as well. After research on gutter system effectiveness, ultimately I decided to go with a different type of gutter system.

I went to them months ago. I thought they were high. I think they had a good product but I just decided to look around and check that on the Angie's list. I thought that they were very reasonable and they were very good as far as making their appointments and doing the job in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Good clean installation. Cleaned up completely. Works better than it ever did before.

The gentleman was very nice and knew his job. I would love the gutters, just a little more than I could spend. Overall, seemed like a great company.

They did what they came here to do. The quote was $800. It sounded awful high. But I didn’t even say anything; I just said okay and that was it. I wasn’t really going to call them because it was way too high. My experience with them wasn’t bad at all. With regard to responsiveness, they were very good. The guy showed up when he was supposed to. With regard to professionalism, he was pretty good. I just didn’t like the price. I probably would not use them again in the future only because of the cost. The little bit of work that I had to have done, I could actually do it by myself, but I just didn’t have the time.

K-Guard installed their gutters back in 2002 which went well and very professional. But now they have a new manager which he is very rude and unprofessional when I talk to him last year about the problem I was having with one of my gutter on the south side of the house. He told me the company (Fairweather Roofing) that installed my gutters went out of business in the year of 2003 which he took over. I think he should still honor me since it is still k-Guard. Won't be calling him anymore!!!

Overall, the project went very smoothly. They came out when they said they would and did the work as proposed. My only problem related to financing. They offered one year same as cash, which I accepted. However, the salesperson did not make it clear that you had to make monthly payments during that first year (although no interest was charged). this caused a number of frustrating calls with their finance company (Wells Fargo). I thought this was a significant fact that the salesperson failed to disclose. Gutters have worked well over the past 2 years.

We had a good experience and no complaints. They were very professional and showed up on time. Basically, my husband was the one who worked with them but he didn't complain or anything, everything went really well and the price was reasonable.

Since it was already fall we figured it was maybe late in the year to have this done, but were informed that now is actually a good time and many people have their gutters replaced in the fall. A salesman was dispatched and we met with him on a Friday. Since we already had done some research I let the salesman know that and we really only needed the quote. Well, that didn't really matter, and what should have only been a 10 or 15 minute meeting stretched out to nearly an hour of blathering about everybody in the industry, boats, health, whatever. After our eyes had rolled back in our heads for the final time I think the saleman finally caught on and got on his merry way. Moral? Be prepared for an unnecessarily long sales call. Yes, we signed the contract. So, since fall is apparently a wicked busy time of year for them we agreed to what I think was called, on call installation. What that means in that they won't schedule you for a specific time for install, but will add you in if they have people in the area doing other jobs. As crazy as that sounds, it worked out really well. They were out to install within a couple weeks of our signing the contract. They showed up while we were at work and ran out the seamless gutters, then showed up the next day, again while we were at work and installed the gutters. They left a lot of little white screws all over the yard and driveway where they worked. And nails from removing the old gutters. That kind of stunk. Fortunately I didn't end up with a flat tire or anything like that. The gutters look great. They seem to perform as expected, though they have only been up for 2 months. We have yet to see how well they hold up to a winter. The folks at K Guard kind of nagged at us to do an Angie's List review of them right away, which is annoying. I don't really see the point of doing a review of a product before we have even had a chance to see the product perform. They must get some kind of perk for a lot of reviews or something???

They explained the process to us, and they were done in no time at all. We appreciate that they have a policy to return at no cost if there are any problems or concerns with the gutters in the future. It is a lot of money for gutters, but being that my husband likes to do everything himself, not having him up on a ladder every year (safe).....can't put a price on that.

Checked with 2 companies this was the best product at the lowest price.

Estimate was prompt. Options were well explained. Work started and finished fairly close to projections. Final cost was close to estimate. The work was very well done. This was one of the best experiences I ever had with work on my house. It has been over a year and I have experienced no problems.

They did it all while I was at work. They cleaned everything up and it looks great.

It went very well. It was the first time I had used them. The installers seemed very experienced.

The installers pointed out and showed me that the drains that the down spouts would go in to were clogged and had to be cleaned out before the down spouts could be intalled. My plumber recommended a company who could clean the drains. They came out quickly and cleaned the drains then K-Guard came out and finished installing the down spouts. I appriciate that K-Guard advised me about the drains. I would not have been very happy if the drains overflowed.

The estimator was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in giving his estimate. The two-member installation crew was also extremely efficient, punctual, and professional. They answered all of our questions and gave us their contact information in case we had additional questions. We have recently had a record amount of rain due to Hurricane Sandy, and our K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System has functioned flawlessly! We highly recommend the K-Guard Leaf Free Gutter System.

We visited the Macedonia office to inquire about the product and saw how the gutters work. We set up an appointment to get an estimate and they set it up around our schedule. Mike was the salesman and was very knowledgeable and courteous (he was running late and kept in touch). We then wanted to include the shed after our original quote and Tracey sent someone out immediately so we would know the cost and have the job completed all at once. We didn't have to be home when gutters were installed, which worked out well. Gutters seem to be working well since we have trees close to our house.

K Guard was extremely professional and provided us with great customer service. They were flexible and an easy company to work with. Once we met with them for an estimate, we knew right away that they were the right choice because they were honest and straight forward with us. We would absolutely use this company again in the future and we have told all of our friends and family what a great experience we had with them. If you have any doubt in your mind or are unsure of who to use, I highly suggest calling and speaking with their office manger.
