Reflections Mobile Detailing LLC

This is the third time we have utilized Kenny and his company, Reflections. In a nutshell, I do not believe you can find someone who takes the quality of their work more seriously. Kenny actually accommodated our travel schedule and came to the house on the 4th of July holiday. In 4 hours Kenny transformed our 4Runner from something that had become just a vehicle for utility back to my dream vehicle I had bought in 2005. I'm also happy to report that 6 hours of driving to North Carolina and the wax/cleaning job has held and the truck still looks great. I've already referred Kenny to our neighbors and look forward to using his services again in the future.

Kenny went over and above . He came and picked up my car when we were having a difficult time figuring out when and how I could get it to him. He returned it to me absolutely spotless! The carpeting looked like it had barely been used--amazing! I would recommend Kenny to anyone.

He was really good. He showed up with his truck, cleaned my car, and did a real good job. The price was reasonable.

They were convenient. It was a little less than I was expecting. I would use them again.

Complete interior / exterior detail of 2008 Ford Crown Victoria. Auto is a police K9 cruiser, and as one might imagine it gets extremely dirty with dander, hair, mud, etc. Professional, prompt service and a very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this company, and intend to use them for my personally-owned auto for future service.

Friendly enough but when I picked up my vehicle smelled like someone had smoked inside and for a full detail service leather and dash didn't look armor all shiny but it was clean.

I didn't think after having 4 kids in/out of the car it would ever look so nice again!

Kenny picked up my 4Runner and took it back to his shop to detail it. When he returned it later that afternoon, I couldn't believe it was the same car. It is 10 yrs old and in pretty good shape but I don't think it has looked this shiny and black in years. The inside is spotless and looks so good that when I take to Toyota for service on Monday, I may ask them what they will give me in trade for a new car because this one is looking so beautiful and can't look any better than right now. I will definitely always use Reflections Mobile Detailing in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

I could not be happier with the results! Kenny's work was superb. After he finished, my car looked better than it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. He completed the work on time, and I had the car back much quicker than anticipated. And, he has been very helpful answering my couple of follow-up questions. I will definitely use his services again!

Kenny was great - he fit me in during his busy schedule. I had been wanting to get my carpets cleaned for 3 years to get rid of an old smell and finally got around to doing it. He used his vapor steam cleaning and the carpets looked great - all spots and smells were gone and felt like new! I also had extremely foggy headlights that the dealership said would be hundreds of dollars to replace. Kenny said he thought he could clean it off - he did! They look brand new and he saved me several hundred dollars. It was really easy that he comes to your house too. Would definitely recommend!

I called Reflections to perform an exterior wash, clay, and wax of my new car. I had reason to suspect that certain steps of the dealer's delivery prep process had been omitted, and we drove the car 600 miles following delivery in South Carolina to our home in Ohio, so we wanted to get the car's finish cleaned and protected. Kenny confirmed the appointment on the day before, and arrived on schedule on the day of the appointment. He is professional and friendly, and took the time to go over some recommendations for keeping the car clean and looking good in between periodic detailings. We were pleased with the results and will ask him to detail my wife's car.

After making arrangements and shifting his schedule to accommodate me, Kenny showed up on time at my work as planned. He completed all detailing services prior to my leaving at the end of the day. The car looked fantastic. Polished to a bright shine and the interior was immaculate. I will definitely use Kenny again in the future.

FIRST WE GOT RAINED OUT SO WE RESCHEDULED FOR THE 12TH. SHOW UP RIGHT ON TIME AND GOT TO WORK. TOOK ABOUT 4 TO 5 HRS OF WORK BUT IN THE END IT LOOKED ALMOST BRAND NEW. IN FACT I'M THINKING OF HAVING MY OTHER CAR DONE.

My wife arranged to have my car detailed in July as a Father's Day present and we were very impressed so also we had Ken (owner) detail her mom's car (older Taurus) this past Saturday. Our daughter & son-in-law were buying from her so we wanted it in good condition. I'm tough to please and happily will tell you Ken did a great job on both + he came to the house and worked in the driveway which made it very convenient. He has all the equipment with him on his truck/trailer....down to steam cleaning the carpets and upholstery. He worked solid for 4-5 hours on each car and pays great attention to detail. While it is a bit of a splurge vs just washing, waxing, vacumning and wiping the interior down.....he gets into the small places and cleans EVERYTHING thoroughly. Both cars came out looking great. There were numerous upholstery stains he got out that I would not want to have tackled. He can't promise to get everything but he comes very close. If you are selling a used car, this is a great way to help assure top dollar. We would not hesitate to recommend Ken and his service! He is very courteous and professional...no surprise he is rated highly!

Arrived on time, confirmed price, and cleaned the carpet. I was very impressed- all but one stain came out and even the stain that didn't come out completely was GREATLY improved. Technician was professional and kind. Overall, highly satisfied.

Awesome job! I really did not expect my Jeep to ever look this good again! I've taken generally good care of it year to year, but because of health reasons and a long winter this year, I have been unable to do much upkeep of any kind since last fall. This detailing work was genuinely worth the money -- I highly recommend Reflections Mobile Detailing without any reservations!

I would highly recommend this company. While I thought they were a bit pricey, the result was worth it. I would highly recommend.

His truck and mobile service was not available at the time. He picked up my car and returned it in about four hours. The inside went from extremely dirty to as clean as possible. It really looks good and I suppose it was a fair price, but I'm not used to shelling out that kind of money for just cleaning the inside of a car. Still, I would highly recommend this service.

The whole process was very easy. He arrived on time and serviced the van and brought it back on time. Just as easy as that. The van looks great and better than when it was new.

I left the car at home and left a key for them when I went to work. They did the job at some point during the day. The quality of the work was excellent, the car looked great and I had several people ask me who did it. The cost was $230. Additionally, they came to my office a couple months later to clean up a spill in my car. They did a great job with this as well, and the charge was quite reasonable at $20.

The owner has a mobile trailer so he can come to my job or office and does not have to hook up any water; it is all self-contained. He spent all day on two cars and when they were done; it was great. The cars looked pretty nice; I give him two thumbs up. They did a good job and the attention to detail was very high. He was very easy to deal with and was pleasant on the phone. Everything he charged was worth it.

Scheduled an interior detail via email - my preferred way of communication. Came and picked up my vehicle at my place of employment around 10:00am and returned it looking fabulous around 4:30pm. Well worth the money. The car look beautiful and I was very impressed. Thank you for a job well done.
